Yeah, poor sides like mine take AGES to get even close to 100% fitness, I find my self now considering 80% very fit.
My team will be a bunch of cripples at this rate.
On the plus side I do have 7 days rest after the last game on the update.

I regret to say this lower league has come to an end, I do not want to play this one fir long term because its bugged up, because I started this before the first patch.
So I will be creating a new game on the new patch.
Soon to be called The Higs Lower League Adventure 3.
