I've signed a Mexican striker but he's not been given a work permit, wouldn't it be better to keep him at my club with higher levels of coaching where I can monitor his progress, rather than send him on loan to Belgium where I can't control how he progresses, just to see him break into the national team and become eligible for a WP rendering the whole process useless.
