SUMMARY

We scored 19 in 6 games this month annd conceded 15 to make an average of over 5 goals per game so its fair to say that the defensive units in our games werent up to much.

We had a mixed bag results wise with the win over Real Madrid being the obvious highlight and the defeat to Chelsea and draw with Albacete being the disappointments.

Off the field the board have agreed to mimprove our youth facilities and increase our youth coaching budget while in the cups we will play Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League and Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey.

SUMMARY

As usual January was hectic with no fewer than 9 games being played by us including 3 derby matches. We won 7 of the games though so it was a successful month overall. We also progressed to the Copa del Rey semis where we will face Barcelona.

Transfer wise we sold Iraizoz to Granada for ?300K and that was it really. I agreed to sign Natxo Monreal for ?6.5m but I had second thoughts as he would delay the progress of Jorge Etxeberria. I did arrange a transfer to go through at the end of the season though.

Sorry for the long delay in the update. Had a lot of **** going on at home and at work plus I got addicted to HUT in NHL 14 on the ole Xbox lol.​
 
Europe the big aim for this season then? After a dissapointingly early 1st title at least Europe is proving a bit more challenging

Glad to see the story up and running. Is Ekiza the CB from Ecuador? I almost signed him for Sunderland but spent my funds on 1 player so struggled to afford him.

Do you have a team in NHL you follow or just the sport in general? I can't be bothered with HUT, prefer the GM and Be a Pro modes.

SUMMARY

WHAT A MONTH!!!!! It started off pretty awful as we lost heavily to Barcelona in both league and cup but we turned the corner by thrashing Barca in the 2nd leg and produced stunning results against other top sides like Dortmund and Atletico Madrid.

We have a bit of work to do if we are to retain the title and we still have to go and play away at Real Madrid but you never know - we did it last year!!!! We will play Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final also.

The board allowed me to bring in some more scouts and one of them was Pedro Herrera - Ander Herrera's father.

Of course next month brings the new youth intake. Will the next Aitor be there I wonder? (most definately not lol)

Ekiza aint from Ecuador - he is Basque born and bred.........

I never played HUT on NHL before but I got Ovechkin in a pack and thought I better start lol

I like the Edmonton Oilers although they are doing pretty **** to be honest.

I play online team play a lot too and have a club - we are always near the top in the elite leagues
