I thought he'd dropped back to centre half down to his physicality and height mate.

See Tezzz. He's reading a book on him.

Just did a quiz about Klopp on the BBC website, and one of the questions was what position did he play after he was a striker. The answer was RB. I swear he was a CB? Does anyone know?

Just double checked the book and typed some direct quotes for you.

"Klopp was brought to Mainz from Rot-Weiss Frankfurt as a striker. As a young player, his pace had been instrumental to his switch from amateur to professional football."

"Like so many attacking players, the longer Klopp's career went on, the further back on the pitch he moved. Following on from his attacking role, manager Josip Kuze then moved him to the right of midfield. Subsequent manager Wolfgang Frank shifted Kloppo to the right side of defence for good."

So seems as if he went from Striker, to Right Mid, to Right Back. Hopefully that clears it up a bit.

Off to town now to get hammered and then off over the water to the ground. Have a good one lads.

What an absolute shower of bastards UEFA are.

Lad could of been looking at a final in his own Country Sunday. Something he might never get again. On top of the Europa final he missed. Criminal. *****.

Few observations from tonight. The Prenton's still a shithole of a pub. Ballo can't even make the squad for Tranmere ..... Yeah, you're WELL and truly done mate. Get ringing round those I-tie clubs ASAP fella! Matip is one ******* huge human being. Mane is the difference maker we've needed. That lad in the 53, Ejaria, looked right at home with the first XI. Good first half from all bar the left hand side of Smith and Kent. They just won't cut it this level the more you see of them. 'Specially Smith who started out good but has got steadily worse .Second half with the kids was nondescript. Markovic is still *****. The open goal he hit the post from was pure comedy. Nice to see Ings back playing. Missed his goal as I was talking the tart the side of me. That's how interesting that second half was. The mad pyro celebration was funny that followed it like. It was a warm night at least. Good physical workout which is the main thing. Wonder if this is how he'll roll the friendlies. One XI per half?

Good to be back. Onto Fleetwood Wednesday with Grujic, Phil and SAKHO! added.

This get's more disgraceful the more you read. WADA (World Anti Doping Agency) didn't even send a rep. to Sakho's hearing as UEFA's case was so bad. Just a letter saying he'd done nothing wrong.

Shower of absolute *****.

Incompetence at the highest level. The drug that Sakho took wasn't even on WADA's list. Yet for some reason UEFA can't cross check.

Utterly reprehensible mate. First we get a B/S charge of 'illicit chanting' after putting up with 180 minutes vile abuse that was VERY audible to anyone not called Stevie Wonder. Then they deprive one of their members of potentially two major finals. On the basis of absolutely nothing.

I'd LOVE the club and Sakho to take this further but that always gets messy trying to bring a major sporting body to account. Plus they'd probably get more vindictive and go after us for the least littlest thing in the future.

Shithouses.

Udinese sporting director: "There's been an agreement for Zielinski with Napoli for some time, but he took his time, as he had the Euros." Liverpool did not match Napoli terms.

What a **** night that was. Ended up getting bladdered just to ******* get through the ******* streets of Birkenhead.

Saw an article saying what Achterberg thinks of Karius. Tbh I'm more interested in what Karius thinks of him!

Brilliant, impassioned, from the heart read on another disgracefully glaring example of how FSG just DON'T get what this football club means to this City and this fanbase. And probably NEVER will. After the ticket fiasco you'd hoped, probably naively, they'd learned about the special bond this club has with the community and wider fanbase it serves. That we're fans. NOT customers. Without which you'd have NO product. NO business. But the insensitivity of base commercialism in glaring action yet action from the e-mail most seasie holders received yesterday shows them up yet again for what they are.

Disgraceful LFC. How do you continue to get the simple things SO wrong? Utterly disgraceful:

Liverpool: Main Stand Seat Sell Off – Why The Club Have Got This So, So Wrong - The Anfield Wrap

Disgusting mate. They made to be aware of what a horrible idea this was..

It's just staggering how NOBODY within the club EVER seems to get it and how ignorant they continue to be.

£2 million pounds. We'd make £2 million pounds if they sold at £225. £1.9 million at the 'reduced' £200 rate. (There were 9,597 seats the Main Stand.). WTF does that get Henry? It barely scratches the clubs coffers.

But it's not even about the money. It's the staggering, continued insensitivity of an ownership SO out of touch with a fanbase and City you couldn't make it up. How NOBODY within the club looked at these suggestions when they were made, and thought to stand up and say 'Hang on. This just isn't right. These seats are a MAJOR part of peoples lives that have been in familys for generations. Let's offer them their seasonie seats for a small fee that we'll then add to the L'pool Foundation. The charity arm of the club. Everyones then happy. The clubs doing good and history is kept alive with the sentimental attachment for our fans.'

Instead, we'll rip them out, store them, box them, and try sell them off for a minuscule profit. As a generic product with no sentimental value to anyone that sat in them for years as there not 'YOUR' seat. But 'A' seat.

The PR between Boston and the fanbase get's worse by the passing year. They just DON'T get it.

In fairness they had every right to investigate. You don't condemn with hindsight.

They didnt stop him from going to the Euros. France chose not to make the call.

Your first step is to run everything by medical staff and authorities. That will always be on him. Should have run it past Liverpool, if even unsure. He didnt even know if it was on the banned list or not FFS. So complaining to UEFA is past the point

Far from hindsight. I've been pretty consistent in condemning them ever since it became apparent Sakho had done nottin' wrong.

They suspended him for 30 days, and in that time couldn't decipher if the supliment l he'd taken was on their banned list when it clearly wasn't on WADA's list? And let's not pretend UEFA haven't been the ones to cost him dear. To all intents and purposes, they did effectively cost him a place in the French squad. They lift the initial suspension, but where 'still investigating?' (knowing full well they had dropped a massive *******) .... No Coach in his right mind is going to include him with the 'threat' of suspension and losing one of his squad hanging out there,

No argument that he should of run it by the club initially. But there's also no argument UEFA have handled this disgracefully ever since lifting the initial suspension.

UEFA have handled exactly how they should have done. People need to put fan bias aside here.

Sahko did something wrong by taking it, it immediately caused his test to fail, pure and simple.

It's not an approved substance, therefore he immediately fails.

They investigated based on his lawyer presenting a case and them listening to it. He has still failed at his point and is there for still suspended. UEFA actually take the lawyers case and advanced it on. That's whats then clears him. It was under investigation on WADAs list. It's been cleared as a substance. The fact that Liverpool took a back seat tells you that they knew he had screwed up. Liverpool fans can blame UEFA all they want if it makes them feel better. But they got it right. It doesnt need to be banned for you to fail, just not on the approved list.
