That's when you know Bogdan is utter *****.

With Ward extending for 5 years today, and joining Fulton by going out on loan, just a nothing short term experienced cover option for the top 2 for a season if he's signed.

Excellently detailed, investigative piece from The Telegraph's Ben Rumsby time lining the absolute pigs ear of a 'case' UEFA and WADA have made over this:

Liverpool's Mamadou Sakho facing fresh legal battle over doping verdict

Absolutely unbelievable the complete level of incompetence both UEFA and WADA have shown right from the get go the more comes out. And, not that he'll read this, but an apology from me to Mama. When all turns out, he DID run the substance he took by the club and had it checked off against the WADA list. Which it wasn't down on.

Far from my favourite L'pool player (wrote often enough on here about my concerns with his play), but I feel so, SO bad for him that he's continually having his name dragged through the mud when he's done absolutely NOTHING wrong. And has acted, along with the club, with great dignity and professionalism right through this. (MASSIVE PR step forward in that sense from the Suarez debacle.). Even his response Friday was wholly dignified when you couldn't of blamed him for letting the frustrations of all he's been robbed of on the football pitch come out.

Complete and utter disgrace from UEFA and WADA. Which seems set to rumble thanks to the hole the latters dug themselves into.

Well that changes everything.

I follow him on snapchat. He's never excited anymore now, but still always helping charities and the people in need.

A great footballer, an even better human being.

Yeah, the charity work he was doing over in Africa this summer was brilliant to read.

One thing they inadvertently have done through all the shocking incompetence is strengthened the bond even further between Sakho and the fans which was great to begin with.

You heard it Tranmere Friday. When he does turn out for the first team again the roof will be raised and then some!

He shows his charity work over snapchat?

UEFA cleared him on that. It's WADA who are appealing it, and who have got it solely wrong it.

Only reason WADA are appealing is to stop a law suit

What's clear here is that had Morgan gone to WADA and not UEFA, Sahko would probably still be banned

Yep. High fiving the kids in Africa who are made up to be on camera. He's been helping kids there for years. Do you think this is some sort of plastic scheme/tactic?

EDIT: Todays snap story shows he's back at Melwood. Get in !!

Excellent deal that. £2.5 M. potentially rising to £4.5 mill, with both a buy-back and sell-on clause included. And Norwich offers him a quicker chance of a return to the PL in a good, attacking, footballing side.

All options covered for a decent little fee on a youngster who has the attributes to be a very fine winger if he keeps on developing as he has to this point.

The most ridiculous rumour of the summer?

Antoine Griezmann close to a 50mil Liverpool move... Griezmann... Liverpool... 50mil

Silly season

Ojo starts for England (in the 10 role behind the front 2) in their first group game against France at the U-19 Euro's at half past the hour for anyone interested:

2-1 England H/T. Ojo lined up in the 10 but has been more wide right. Set up both England goals the first 9 mins. Great ball in from the right across the face for an oggy 3 mins in. Great through ball from the middle that split the French defence/ off-side trap for the second. Very good finish from Chelsea's Salenko (Sp?) that.

Continuing on from where he left off last season. Excellent first 25 which had the French double/ triple teaming him. Levelled out the last 20 minutes which flipped in the French favour after some terrible defending on a free kick to let them back in. But he's looked good both wide and cutting inside.

Just a pity Gomez is still coming back from injury or else he'd be another certain starter. Excellent experience for Ojo like. Don't understand ANY club pulling players from U-17/ U-18/ U-19 Euros. They'll never get the opportunity again. Completely unfair on the kids.

*Edit* Sheyi got 64 mins and can be quite pleased with that. As good as anyone else on the park and 2
assists. Excellent start to the tournament for him.
