Would like to hear it from someone other than Pearce mind, he's just a club mouthpiece, and everything is always skewed to show the club in the best light. Give me Barrett any time, you know he's never out to fudge.
 
@Scouse, yeah that Grujic is 6 foot 3 (not quite as huge as he looks against those other lads in your pics but still really big!)

Grujic 6'3 and Matip at 6'5, you'd hope defending set pieces with those lads would become a tad easier

Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, the German said: "Since he has been back here, he’s been a good guy and I can’t say anything different than that. It’s not that he’s come back and said: ‘who's the boss, I’m the boss, no sorry it’s you’. It’s not been that at all.
“Everything’s been good, it’s all OK, and now he’s here we will do everything we can to get him fit.
"When we have done the crossing, heading and stuff (in training), he’s been world class. But this is not a situation where he should be battling with other players like this for one position so it’s clear we need a solution.
“There will be a club around who would be happy to have a new Mario Balotelli if you like.


“I have spoken clearly to the player about that. I know we can’t talk about a lot of things because one agent says ‘we want to stay’, and another says ‘we have had 10 offers so we have to leave’.

Firmino is DEFO carrying weight. That's twice I've seen him close up and he's ballooned! Though not quite as round as he was Friday at Tranmere so the three a-day's are paying off haha. Disappointing that Fleetwood were so poor we really didn't have a good physical work-out. But at least the youngsters really shone second half. In particular young 16 year old Ben Woodburn who had the night of his life. Scoring, setting up 2. Running them ragged down the left wing. Absolutely made up for the kid. NEVER gonna' forget that. Lucas scored! You KNOW it's a strange night when that happens. Although he could of at least smiled when he scored. Miserable ****! Jurgen has a doppelganger! The new fitness coach from Munich is like a mini Klopp lol. (Reckon he's mainly brought him over in case his glasses get smashed again and he can just borrow the new fella's bins haha.). Photies don't lie. Grujic is the King of the Giant people! He's ******* HUGH! And he's everything Stewart isn't on the pitch who was alongside him and Stewarts 3 years older! Him and Can together is a great prospect. Karius is one good looking SOB (said in a TOTALLY non gay way), but he's either been taking lessons of Brucie Grobbelaar or it's a German thing to be a 'sweeper 'keeper.' He spent most the night virtually on the half-way line! Oh yeah, almost forgot. Markovic is still ****!

And the main part of tonight. New ground number 74 of the current 92 English League grounds ticked off the list. Don't know if I'll ever get the full set but it's getting closer.

I have really high hopes for Grujic. Firmino looks fat in the face from the pics I've seen from last night but his body looked ok??

I thought the same and wasn't buying into the social media hysteria but he's bigger close up mate. And he's been well puffing. Although he was far better last night than Friday.

I think he'll be like the Brazilian Ronaldo when he retires haha. When he's not training, it shows.

Yeah, I can well see Henderson being the odd man out. Grujic and Can has serious potential. I think it was really telling Klopp made a personal appearance at his work permit hearing to plead his case. He'll get a lot of games this year. You're not doing that if he's not as they'll be questions asked the next time we try renew it!
