Tears. Just tears right now

Ight end the season trophyless. But I dont care

These players are heroes. They will always be.

We were both right.

But also I say this:

This happened last season. How many people actually say Roma were the better side? Or did they all say Barcelona bottled it?

It's the same scenario here. Again like Roma, stunning fightback, but one that shouldnt have been allowed

I think Scouse is an oracle ****** **** we didn't let Barca play one bit. I said at the beginning of the two ties that I would be disappointed if we didn't go through this Barca team is shockingly poor all round.

Yes we were. :) Then again, I was never disputing that Messi can be amazing on his day, I'm just rather tired of people acting as if he simply cannot be stopped without some intervention from a divine power. Barca won 3 CLs in the last decade, not 10.

I wouldn't compare this to Roma scenario though. This one is much more funny - all of the pundits and so called experts were tripping over themselves trying to hand Messi Ballon d'Or already after the first leg. And a lot of them look rather silly right now.

If the media stopped obsessing over superstar football celebrities and actually started to watch football, they'd notice Liverpool was simply a better team in both games. They played Barca off the pitch in the away game and today they just simply run them over.

Fair play Liverpool. a club run and going in the right direction... I wish we had owners who had a vision like yours.

Always backed you guys over two legs, sure I said it a few weeks ago. That Barcelona defence is average at best but to come back from 3-0 shows real character.

You've got a great chance of winning the CL now in my opinion, although Ajax are a good team if they make it.

Also it's incredibly unfair to attribute last goal to just bad defending. Barca made a mistake, but the goal wouldn't happen without extraordinary awareness and quick thinking from TAA.

I would expect that kind of cheeeky play from someone like late Giggs, a rugged veteran who's been to these big games many times and always keeps cool head under pressure. But a 20 year old with barely 2 seasons in top flight football? That kid is going places.

Messi was the clutch that bailed out Barcelona. But that doesn't excuse today. Mentally weak and tactically insipid

That goal doesn't happen either if just one player is watching. Quick thinking, criminal defending

How can you be so indisciplined to have 6 defensive players turned their back for almost 10 seconds. I've seen some **** at OT this season, but if we did that I'd want every player involved benched.

He literally is all they have. Everything goes through him and he doesn't have to run lol. Only problem is if you cut out the passing lane and literally overwhelm Barca playing with Messi in these kinds of situations is like playing with 10 men. 9 if you include a pot bellied Suarez who can barely run and is to busy kicking out at the opp.

But even with that, absolutely no tactical set up. It was the same with Madrid against Ajax. You knew Liverpool would press high and hard, where was the men sitting high behind the full backs. Concede the mid and counter. You only needed one. Didnt even need to win hahahaha. Liverpool deserve it but criminal. Twice in two years. Sackable

Need it to be an Ajax Liverpool final. Will be so enjoyable to watch. Would be so fitting if the dutch win it, with so many of the super clubs looking to change the competition to kill of these teams (looking at you, Juventus)

Pool v Ajax would be a fantastic final. Don’t agree with this change or super league thing what the big clubs want to bring in. All more money for them I guess. Anyways can’t see Ajax doing a Barca or being fazed in the final.

Back Liverpool, but I don't think it would be a flat game like I think Spurs would be. Spurs look dead on their feet, Liverpool would roll right over them

Noo way, Spurs v Liverpool. Liverpool would eat Ajax for breakfast. I don't trust naive, possession-hungry sides vs. Liverpool's press. Poch will be cute & adaptable. Happy to be proactive or reactive, dependent on the gamestate.

Spurs are out on their feel though. Eriksen looks broken

Didn't people learn yet that Klopp is kryptonite to tiki-taka.
