Sure we're not. We've already signed 3 this window, with 2-3 more to go... not counting Angelino coming back who was in the youth team either.

Wait. You're seriously trying to claim City don't have a problem with youth?

OoooooK. There endeth that discussion.

'not going to be in the market for....' = wrong lol.

no we dont have a problem signing players, at any level.

Right. It's wrong. City can compete in that section of the market for any kid out there. Given the track-record you can show in all facets of youth development.

Ok. Sound. I aren't interested in your delusions on City and youth.

So again. Here endeth this discussion. Enjoy your evening.

Your first post contradicted your 'proof' with the Fulham lad.

But again, for the third time, there's no anything when you're talking absolute bunkum on City and youth.

And you can 'lol', or put up more dellusion's as much as you want. You aren't changing that. Until the football club changes in that regard. They choose to go a different way around their business which is sound. You attack the market in a different way. It works for what you want out of the here and now. But this corner of the market you're way behind. Why we have to 'pretend' otherwise regarding youth development at City is beyond me.

So again, enjoy your evening.

City really don't have a problem with youth signings or the academy. It's got a record within the industry of "even if you don't break through, you'll almost certainly end up a professional player"

Their youth development is actually staggeringly good

OoooooK.

City don't have any problem's as regards youth.

Before any more history get's rewritten I'll wish you a good evening too.

I'm not interested in you wishing me a good evening, you're simply wrong and you can't accept it. It's like this in any situation where Liverpool can't be seen to be coming out on top. It doesn't make you a better red fighting every battle. It does make any conversation fruitless

You don't agree so 'I'm wrong and can't accept it.' Some *** backward logic there.

Sound. Have a bad evening. You're still talking out of your backside. Until they start bringing 2 or 3 into the first-team and opening that path way. Or showing they are willing to sell on to much bigger clubs, they'll always trail behind clubs like L'pool and Utd in that corner of the market.

*Edit* And now it's 'L'pool have to be coming out on top.'

Christ, how old are we again?

Thats... not the sole criteria of youth development. That's certainly not what academny coaches talk about in terms of strength and progression

Christ knows why I'm replying after you went down the school yard route but pray tell why you'd remotely think it was? Or what relation it has to the overall point on City lagging behind other clubs when it comes to youth development.

Welcome to the Yellows @lfc18alberto!

Made up for him to both go home and finally play regularly again. Yeah, he never lived upto the great potential he showed early in his career at Sevilla, but he brought so much more to the football club. Terrific lad to have around the changies, always upbeat and smiling/ joking around. And Alby was always a great bridge for any Spanish/ Portuguese players in helping them settle and assimilate to life here. Just a daft, real liable lad who sadly never learnt from his on-field mistakes to be at our level. But his attitude and whole hearted commitment was never in question.

Anyway, this gives an opportunity to put up his words on leaving the start of the month. Which are a testament to both the type of genuine lad Moreno is. And the family togetherness throughout the whole club that Klopp's instilled here.

THAT'S how you leave a football club-

Very much deserved for Origi, seems like a great option to have and he has backed that up with his performances in big games.

Although I'd personally cash in now whilst his value is at it's highest in this massively over inflated market currently (presuming a forward is coming in which I still fully expect), a smart move from the club to safeguard themselves with him going forward.

And, as bang average and nowhere near, IMHO, our level that he is, he certainly deserves the extension and bump in salary after last season.
