better team won.

We lacked leaders, and were, just awful. too inconsistent, and too easily bullied.
 
It was a bad day, but lets not overreact as i know alot on here do..

Spurs were beaten, Chelsea almost beaten... Norwich knocked out to Luton, it happens.

Its what the FA Cup is famous for, not a good day, but we move on and concentrate on Europa and the League now
 
Not too bothered about the result.. We should be focusing on our league position this year, that's whats important.

Moratti: 'Opportunity for Coutinho'

Inter President Massimo Moratti has confirmed Philipp Coutinho “has a great opportunity and a deal that could go well for us too” ahead of a €12m transfer to Liverpool.

The English media continue to maintain that Liverpool have offered £8.5m, whereas the Italian sources insist it is worth £10.2m.

“There are opportunities to be taken and at times players can have the chance to get more playing time. This is why I think it can be a great opportunity for Coutinho and a deal that could go well for us too,” Moratti told Sky Sport Italia.

It is widely reported that Inter will immediately reinvest the money to buy Paulinho from Corinthians for €20m.

“He is very expensive, without doubt, but we’ll see over the next few days whether this is a concrete opportunity for us or not.”

It is also confirmed that Mario Balotelli’s contract includes a clause giving Inter first choice if he leaves Manchester City. Moratti was asked if it would irritate them to see Balotelli at Milan.

GDS also said if they can't sign Paulinho then this deal might be cancelled but after what MM said deal is as good as done.
 
Not that down after todays result. At least we haven't got a replay to juggle around europe and league fixtures.

Confident we'll sign Ince and Coutinho in this window,

and MAYBE a CB either now or on a pre contract agreement
 
Big game tonight, a win and there is genuine hope of a higher finish than expected..

Hendo - Gerrard - Lucas
Downing - Sturridge - Suarez

Sterling needs a rest and has looked jaded recentley, and Skrtel seems to have gone behind Carragher in the pecking order
 
Kinda hope Carragher is ahead of Skrtel, because haven't been impressed with him lately.
 
Think Carragher is in their for experience, because no questioning Skrtel is the better player

think after strengthening the attack, the defence could do with 1 or 2 in the summer aswell
