Gerrard deserved everything he got and others deserved similar but didnt get it... The Liverpool fans also played a big part in this
 
One word to sum up Gerrard's farewell for me... Cringeworthy. Yes he deserves a decent send off but it has got a bit silly now.

I was there today and as a Stoke fan I can honestly say it was one of the best matches I've ever been at for obvious reasons. HOWEVER, Rodgers got it completely wrong. I've never seen such a poor tactical performance. Can is not a right wing back and was torn apart by Arnautovic, Moreno was a light weight with no support from anyone in the midfield, there was no striker to play out to at all, Joe Allen swanned around in the middle of the park having no impact on the game whatsoever.. I could literally go on for hours. It was disgraceful! Not that I'm complaining though (H)
 
Liverpool have only finished 5th or above on one occasion In the past 6 seasons


Show's the problems are deeper rooted that just Brendan Rodgers

Yup, pretty much everyone except Rodgers saw that. And that's exactly why he's not good enough.

"Ok lads, we're down 5-0, but if we bring Kolo on and continue without a striker, it should be 6-5 within a few minutes. All you need to do is show character and we'll have an outstanding chance."

Well yeah, if you go back far enough you can say it started with Souness, and the lack of commercial game in the early 90s. H&G didn't really help either, but we did win CL + another final under them. FSG was supposed to be the O merciful saviour, but they haven't been. Apart from last season's Suarez FC, we've been utter **** since 2010. And I can't see us progressing under them either, unless Klopp miraculously wants the job and FSG miraculously actually hire him.

Probably sounds like a lie, but I was actually thinking that someone might interpret it like that for a cheap joke. But then I thought "wait, "Gerrard" doesn't end with S and G, so nobody will be that stupid". Guess I was wrong :P
 
Apparently Norwegian pundits and the chairman of the Norwegian LFC supporter club (which is the biggest in the country btw yay) think Rodgers won't get sacked. I have to say I hope they're wrong.
 
I'll eat a cactus if Captain Rodgers stays. You not only busted out of Champions League, you've barely even made Europa League. That is just shitness of the highest order.
