Don't think Bojan will be anything positive for Liverpool...
At Ajax he isn't playing all games and mostly when he starts he'll get subbed at ~60 minutes, because he just isn't doing it.
Comparing to Suarez at his Ajax time, Suarez was a true beast, while most ajax supporters don't reckon Bojan good enough for the first team at the moment if there are no injuries.

Bojan is such a shame, looked so good when he burst on to the scenes at a young age.

Which is exactly why i think the link may be genuine. A player that possessed so much talent and hype suddenly becoming a bad player? there must be reasons for it

Seems a perfect Rodgers buy in my opinion, worked in slightly different cases regarding Sturridge and Coutinho

Bojan was pretty crappy at Roma and Milan to be honest. I certainly wouldn't want him back at Milan anyway

The defence will always be weaker no matter who is there.

The system doesn't allow a strong defence. Full backs who push forward, Centre-mids who like to do the same. Leaves a lot of work for the CB's and Gerrard

Although a few goals are down to personal mistakes the defence will never be perfect in this system

I'd agree if we conceded a lot from counters when the wingbacks are pushed up. But to be honest, it's been set pieces, crosses, or just slow build-up play. Sorry Marshall.

Seems i am the only one that would very much like Bojan at Liverpool at the rumoured price of ?5million ...

Correct me if im wrong but aren't your problems at the back? The only players i see Liverpool linked with is attacking players!
To be honest, we do lack a lot of depth in attacking positions (as shown by Rodgers's refusal to play Alberto, Moses or Aspas), so even if Bojan's not brilliant, he could still be a good addition to the squad. And anyway, the problems at the back won't be solved by buying many new players, but more by Mignolet and the centre-backs building up a sound relationship.

Looking at our remaining fixtures, I'd say we have a good chance of finishing fourth:
Southampton (a) - Draw
Manchester United (a) - Win
Cardiff (a) - Win
Sunderland (h) - Win
Tottenham (h) - Draw
West Ham (a) - Draw
Manchester City (h) - Draw
Norwich (a) - Win
Chelsea (h) - Loss
Crystal Palace (a) - Win
Newcastle (h) - Win

That's 22 points out of a possible 33, which would see us finish the season on 78 points - which in recent seasons has always resulted in a second-placed finish (although it has to be said that this season's been closer).

think this season has proved you cant predict results, although I'm optimistic we should be looking up rather than behind

Big, Big game for us today with Arsenal loosing today! I am really nervous though, have a feeling we are going to lose this one

Southampton always a hard side to play against, seems to just be one of those sides against us BUT a chance to go to 2nd in the league with Arsenal having their hardest run of the season coming up.

Massive incentive

I would love Luke Shaw at Liverpool, solves the LB problem for years and is a fantastic player already

Wasn't expecting that at all after the first half, we weren't brilliant at all but win 3-0. Clean sheet is the biggest bonus out of all this after the amount of stick our defense has been getting recently. Was a real test and a great result.

Shame to see Sturridge's run end but Suarez and Sterling score again.

Think we should definitely be eyeing up that 3rd place, massive difference with automatic qualification for coming 3rd

With Arsenal's fixture list the next month, a real chance to put a bit of gap between us hopefully

If we're still within touching distance, when we face Chelsea Anfield'll be absolutely rocking

Great result, we didn't really dominate but looked fairly comfortable. Perhaps even got lucky, it just wasn't Southampton's day. 3 points the most important thing, and we are now 2nd. If we beat United in 2 weeks time I'd back us to finish 3rd.

Would also like Luke Shaw at Liverpool, I always sign him on FM first chance I get, he could be our left-back for years to come. As for a CB I'd prefer we signed a right-footed one because apparently it is not allowed in football to play two left-footed CBs.

And on the Bojan topic, ?5 million may be worth the gamble but not sure how we would fit another striker in when we need a LB and CB at least. To add to that, SAS already have problems of who will play on the wing and who will play central. It's how our recent signings have been, around ?5-8 million but don't get to play at all. I'd rather we signed somebody solid who would strengthen our starting 11.

Bojan would be a much-needed backup, since our squad depth is very poor. The likes of Aspas, Alberto and Yesil are unproven, so having someone with more big-level experience will benefit us greatly, especially with European football. And if Rodgers rates Bojan, he should give the SAS more rest next season, something which he hasn't done this season.

What's really impressed me this season, more so than our attacking talent, is our mentality. It's completely changed from last season, and we perform very well under pressure, even when we're behind. You just have to look at the Cardiff (a win which put us top at Christmas), Everton (an emphatic win to open a bigger gap on them), Fulham (coming back from behind to win 3-2) and yesterday's game (again, a game which puts us in third place) to see it.

Can we have Borini back please? What a quality finish that was by him

What a result yesterday. I've said it many times before; not playing well but getting results is a sign of top 4 or even champions. And we definitely did that yesterday. Still looked a bit shaky at the back though, and inevitably that'll play a part in the final 10 games. Anfield will be rocking if we're still in it when we play Chelsea and City at home. Can't help but take me back to 05 or 07 were we turned giants Chelsea over at Anfield.

He's been brilliant at Sunderland. I just don't think its happened for him for us yet but I haven't given up hope. His first goal for us showed he has composure. Just needs a bit of luck.
