Let's talk managers. At least that subject could give some sort of optimism.
Klopp: My personal first choice, but it's just not gonna happen I'm afraid. In any case, very unlikely.
Ancelotti: A clear second choice for me, but again very unlikely.
De Boer: I'd welcome him, he has a respectable name that can attract players, and has done well at Ajax.
Benitez: I'd rather not turn back time, but right now there's no doubt for me I'd prefer him to Rodgers. But all in all, rather not.
Villas-Boas: No.
Bielsa: I'd be optimistic, but at the same time skeptical to his 3-3-3-1 formation. So undecided I guess.
Simeone: Yes please. But he recently signed a new contract until 2020, so that's not gonna happen.
Emery: Also recently signed a new contract, but only until 2017. Not impossible, but probably not likely. I wouldn't mind at all though.
Then there are names like Koeman, Martinez, Howe, Monk... but personally I'd prefer someone who's already had some success. The last thing we need now is another "manager talent". We're not supposed to be running a manager school.
