First time I'm actually dreading a derby for years..

Tbh we normally find a way to throw away a game so I'm not even going to predict the scoreline. Also depends on who the ref is. And judging by how utterly appalling some of the offciaiting has been so far this season-that's my biggest concern

I never dread playing the bitters, they always find a way to **** it up playing against us.

I would like to think if we can beat the the bigger clubs like Chelsea, we would-actually should-put in the same level of performance against other clubs like Liverpool etc.

He didn't even do the press conference.

Gary Mac was trotted out apparently.

A sign things are happening? Or just too gutless to face the music and seriously hard questions after that utter shambles?

Pascoe did the interviews this time last year in the cup, and Gary Mac did the pre-match one - It was already planned

- Carlisle United had conceded the most goals in all English football leagues. Despite that, Liverpool only managed to score once after 47 shots.
- Liverpool had only scored more than 1 goal TWICE in the past 21 games.

Oh boy, I did not even know things were this bad.

And of those 47 shots, we never once looked like scoring. All long range hit and hopes and half chances. The only good, footballing goal of the night was Carlisle's that cut right through us.

Slept on it and still feel completely lifeless. Honestly never felt this bad under Hodgson. Rodgers is a stubborn, clueless *******. He constantly plays ****** up formations (1 up front at home against a ******* mid table Fourth Division side. SERIOUSLY!?), players out of position; and the players he now has just follow like good little sheep.

It;s a well know fact he doesn't like confrontation. Hence we no longer have the likes of Carragher and Gerrard. There is absolutely NO leaders on the park. Nobody with the balls to stand upto him, say this is ******* wank, and grab a game by the balls and organise the other idiots around them. He's made ******* Jordan Henderson captain FFS who couldn't lead his way out of a paper bag. But he'll meekly run all day and do everything Brendan wants. We now have the softest bunch of players I can honestly remember. A bunch of gutless ****** in red shirts who won't stand up and be counted. And he's built this.

I honestly thought we'd be at the least exciting and good to watch going forward again this year. But the lack of ANY goal threat is terrifying. And Sturridge being back isn't an answer to that. There's just NO creativity, pace or direction to our attacks It was bad enough to go through two straight summers completely neglecting the most vulnerable area of the side with the Belgium **** still in goal who's a back-up quality goalkeeper at best. That was sackable in itself for complete stupidity. But now from back to front we look a complete and utter shambles. You wonder if they even train through the week. There's just absolutely nottin'. No shape. No structure. No passion. Nothing. And he spent last night slumped in his chair with absolutely no concept of how to change things or motivate them.

FSG HAVE to act. This is as bad as anyone can EVER remember it. All every game does is delays the inevitable. West Ham was the worst I've ever seen at home. Norwich was little better if truth be told and last night took things to a whole new low. Three utterly shameful home performances on the bounce. With Villa and Sion likely to make it 4 and 5 the next week. The boos the end of Norwich were audible. The boos at full time and the end of extra time last night were MASSIVE. This CAN'T go on.

What are they waiting for? A hammering at Goodison? With Klopp and more so Ancelotti sat there, they need to stop gambling on this clueless ***** and act NOW! By common consensus down to all of the above and more, everyone that actually goes the match agrees they've never seen things as bad as we currently are. Which after you've lived through Suness and in particular Hodgson is saying something.

Keeping delaying the inevitable is liable to lose both and lurch the club into another disaster.

At least after the joke in Bordeaux (who got beat 6-1 by Nice last night) last week we could go on the wine. Last night we never even had that.

Just **** off now Brendan. Please. Thanks for one roller coaster season but outside of that it's been pretty much utter *****. Enough is ENOUGH!

You should have 3 points at the weekend against Villa, unless Sinclair has a stormer.

I guess we don't have a choice but to suffer through these next few weeks/months of ****** football, without any sort of expectations or hopes, other than Rodgers getting sacked sooner rather than later.

Even if we win our next couple of matches, I still won't have faith in project Rodgers. That ship has sailed. I'm just waiting for it to be over.

Thus begins our nightmare and misery until Rodgers gets sacked. Lost my faith in the project when he screwed up with the transfers really. Too many bad signings!

All a win does is delay the inevitable.

And the longer they drag their feet doing that, the more chance we lose out on Ancelotti or Klopp.

I'm at the point now where I want a hammering at Goodison to force that tipping point. ****, you were there last night after watching 90 minutes of utter ***** willing Carlisle to score a second and put us out of our misery extra time.

For bringing about that feeling alone I'll NEVER forgive him.

We should do. But what we should do and what actually happens, are two COMPLETELY different things.

You'll be hard pressed to get anyone in the ground before kick-off Saturday expecting a win. ****, nobody expected a win before we played a ******* mid-table fourth division side last night.

THAT'S how bad it currently is and has been for FAR too long now.

You honestly can never tell with Villa. They can either be really **** and let in 3-4 goals or they can have a stormer and play some hilariously entertaining football and smash the other side. Remember their performance last season against Liverpool at Wembley lol

Anyways, Jack Grealish has started the season well and he can have a real impact again unless Tactics Tim decides to play him deeper which is utterly baffling

Let's talk managers. At least that subject could give some sort of optimism.

Klopp: My personal first choice, but it's just not gonna happen I'm afraid. In any case, very unlikely.

Ancelotti: A clear second choice for me, but again very unlikely.

De Boer: I'd welcome him, he has a respectable name that can attract players, and has done well at Ajax.

Benitez: I'd rather not turn back time, but right now there's no doubt for me I'd prefer him to Rodgers. But all in all, rather not.

Villas-Boas: No.

Bielsa: I'd be optimistic, but at the same time skeptical to his 3-3-3-1 formation. So undecided I guess.

Simeone: Yes please. But he recently signed a new contract until 2020, so that's not gonna happen.

Emery: Also recently signed a new contract, but only until 2017. Not impossible, but probably not likely. I wouldn't mind at all though.

Then there are names like Koeman, Martinez, Howe, Monk... but personally I'd prefer someone who's already had some success. The last thing we need now is another "manager talent". We're not supposed to be running a manager school.

.....

Only unlikely if FSG refuse to change and hand over full control to them.

If they did that, and backed them, I have little doubt they'd have every chance of bagging either.

But Boston need to take a long, hard look at themselves through all this mess and accept there blame and change.

I really wouldn't be so confident Scouse. Top managers rarely take on a new job mid-season because it can all go south very quickly and that causes huge damage to their reputation. They usually prefer having a proper pre-season and at least one full transfer window to shape the team to their liking

Last summer potentially Klopp or Ancelloti would have come if FSG gave them enough perks. Mid-season I would say it's almost impossible
