Terrible half tbh, not a single player impressed me. Milner and Coutinho were especially weak, though Lallana and Moreno weren't much better. A great finish from Coutinho at the perfect time made up for some of it though. If it wasn't for that, I'd consider subbing Coutinho for Benteke in half-time.

I just saw Klopp in an Opel (or do you call it Vauxhall?) commercial, w000t.

Milner had a couple of dangerous crosses but was generally a bit sloppy. I'd sacrifice him for Benteke or even for Ibe. Clyne has been brilliant on the right, him and Ibe in tandem down there could be very dangerous, Oscar isn't helping Azpilicueta out much

Revenge is a plate served cold. And yes Jose I am looking at you.

Oh GOD that felt ******* great! On 1-2 I was still a bit nervous, but with 1-3 there was just no doubt!

Hearing the travelling Kop singing "you're not special anymore" gave me a good chuckle!

Benteke providing the extra dimension as predicted. The guy really does offer you something different and suit your squad. With him in the mix, you can actually start playing wide and using that width effectively.

Thought we dominated the match from the start pretty much. Thought it was gonna be one of those days against Chelsea until Cou scored his first. We were excellent, Benteke added so much when he came on. Moreno still a bit shaky, and Milner needs to hit better form. Other than those two, thought we were all excellent.

I don't think anything about Liverpool's performance today was excellent, but it was a deserved win.

He's perfect for Klopp's system IMO.

Just got back from the match (my first live game for donkeys...) and have to say I was really impressed. Only the comments here about Milner feel justified, he had a poor afternoon. Coutinho shows again why he is a "confidence player". Once the goal goes in he's looking a whole different player. Firmino is getting better, Clyne and Moreno showed great wing play but I think the most impressive thing for me was the 2nd ball and this is something Klopp has emphasized so far during his stint how important it is to win it and I think that was more evident today and ultimately was the difference between the teams.

On the Lucas debate I think a referee could send him off but the reaction from the Chelsea players is disgraceful. Skrtel did not react like that when he got kicked by Costa?

Deserved win in the end. After Chelsea's goal and a freekick almost turned in it felt we controlled it well.

Deserved win but wasn't really a good performance from either team especially Chelsea as I thought they looked like a team with disbelief. However, a good 3 points for Liverpool and hopefully you guys progress from this.

Fantastic result and it's not often we go to Chelsea and arguably dominate the majority of the game.

Good to see Coutinho performing as we know he can and Benteke proving how vital he can be this season... Henderson coming back in place of Milner would make this side improve further

Palace home, City away and then the run-in, on paper, looks a lot nicer!

Didn't think you were excellent, but you totally deserved the win, better side for the most part.

One thing, Firmino up front: had this been BR, he would have been slaughtered for it (already seen scouse criticse BR for putting Sterling up front) so it will be interesting to see how many see it as a master stroke.

I think we played the game well and nothing more... Chelsea contributed to that but we done very well, particularly coming from behind.

First half was horrible, no idea what Klopp said during half-time but the equaliser obviously had perfect timing. I don't mind seeing Firmino up front as long as Sturridge is out, Benteke isn't fully fit, and Origi has mostly been poor. When Rodgers played Sterling up front I didn't mind either, it was easy to see how his pace and runs posed a serious threat to any team.
