Just watched the Lovren video someone posted.

Christ, he looks a calm and good defender. What the ****?

The **** you messaging him about. Share it on here. Two faced bastards. :P

He's not really. In fact he doesn't actually exist. I invented him and set this up so my biggest 'fan' sunil can steam in and say he's another imaginary friend of mine. ;).

Just posted this the Utd thread but for our reference:

As we're building up to Thursday, we should all be hoping Chelsea go out to PSG tomorrow if we have aspirations on 4th. If they won the Champions League, the 4th spot the PL would be replaced by their spot as holders. (Doesn't apply to City if they won it. Only if a CL winner finishes outside the top 4 would the 4th spot then be lost/ taken by said CL winner.).

This doesn't apply as regards the Europa League. Just the Champions League. L'pool, United or Tottenham win the Europa, there'd be 5 English Champions League spots (Top 4 PL plus Europa League Winners) if the Europa winner finished outside the top 4. 4 if the EL winner finished in the top 4.

So basically, if we feel L'pool have a shot at 4th, we DON'T want Chelsea to win the CL or else we'd lose that 4th qualification place. (Unless we won the Europa. I know, my head's spinning too.).

That said I'd want the rent boys get mullered regardless. :D.

Let's make Thursday the best Anfield has been in a long time. Get in early with flags, banners and scarves

I truly do believe we're gonna' be talking about one of the all time great European night atmospheres at Anfield. I'm talking up there with Inter and Celtic the '60's. St. Etienne in '77. Auxerre the early '90's. The first Chelsea semi in 2005 et all ..... There's NO place like that old place when it's rocking under the lights. And it's been TOO long since it's been like that. But Thursday needs no igniting to get that back. United have never experienced this on a European night at ours. Be real interesting to see, if Van Gaal plays any kids, how they cope. Whether they relish it or freeze in that hate fuelled cauldron?

This is why Klopp came. And this is what he's been so desperate to experience.

Let's not let him down!

*Or maybe the 'Wall of White' (STOP laughing at the back) will counter that .....

Lol, that's why Klopp signed. That was the only thing he missed in football when Dortmund ***** all over Liverpool when it comes to creating atmosphere.

80k people bouncing or singing yawn at the start and snooze all game. Klopp surely never experienced anything like this.

I am just gonna leave this here.

^^^^^ I missed that game. Me Ma was in the hossi (won't go into that) and I kind of had no option but to be with her. There was a male nurse who kept coming in and out the ward replying the score ..... absolutely gutted lol.

Arguably our best ever win at United.

United will have about 3,000 supporters at Anfield and the club will courier white away shirts to them, with delivery expected the day before the game.
All tickets have been sent out by recorded delivery to fans, with United paying the cost, which again is different from how things would be if the game was being played abroad. Normally, travelling fans would collect tickets from a designated point in a European city but, on this occasion, there was nowhere suitable for United fans to collect.
One option considered was the Everton store in the city but they are still selling tickets for their FA Cup quarter-final with Chelsea on Saturday.

It's the last line of that that jumps out. Everton STILL haven't sold out a home Cup quarter-final against Chelsea. 3 days before.

'Peoples Club' my pasty white ****!

Meh nothing to do with that. Just doing what some football fans do when their club have a bad spell. Have a whiney ***** fit and don't buy tickets. Until a day or so before the match. The real fans will already have their tickets. There's still 3 days to go so nothing to read into that whatsoever. All football fans whine and ***** when their club has a poor run. These forums and other forums are a prime example

This is Everton. Who have this more than most and run with that ridiculous line Moyes through out all the while the fans continually narking on about L'pool's World wide support.

For reds thee's a lot to laugh at.

All that's missing is the (in)famous 'Get down to Goodison' radio add's trying to sell match day tickets. ;).

LOVE the progi cover for tomorrow.

Seriously, outside of the four FA/ League Cup finals when there were trophies at stake, this is the biggest game between the two giants we've ever had.

Europa League ******* all over Champions League in the interest stakes right now with this one.

Been talking about this the PL thread but wanted to put this here to thank Reds in particular:

'Fans have no power 'they said. 'You won't change anything with all your demo's' they said. Well here's one in the eye for all the gobshites who sat on their hands and did nottin' ......

Liverpool FC news and transfer rumours LIVE: Premier League agrees to £30 away tickets, Klopp's pre-Manchester United press conference, Van Gaal on Reds - Liverpool Echo

Last month the vote was heavily against before we upped and left against Sunderland. Two weeks ago it was 20-0 in favour. Our walk out clearly shook the foundations as to what can be achieved. Congratulations to everyone that walked on 77. And everyone else who has protested tirelessly over recent seasons at various demos and matches. Both reds and other supporters Country wide.

Fan power in unity DOES work. Could of gone further but another MASSIVE step forward in this battle.
Never underestimate the power of supporters. Unity is Strength.

My favourite Everton line is "How many games have you been to see?" I'd go to every game if my club were advertising season tickets and half season tickets all the time!

Love the compare the meerkat one.

Jürgen knows. He wants a 'new level of atmosphere' for the 'Mother of all Football Games!' (I like that.).

Anyone in attendance, give him what he deserves and show him that if he keeps delivering as we all believe he will, he'll get the best backing going for his team. We play our part, the players will play there's.
