We'll have to be at your best and have no injuries. Hopefully Origi gets back in time. Can was outstanding tonight considering he's been thrown straight back in after his injury.

Just reading up on the ticket ballot for the final. I'm missing the ballot because of one game I didn't go. I was in ******* Thailand.

Devastated isn't the word.

That's ******* **** mate. Gutted for you.

he says no win, no CL

Whoever wins EL is going directly to CL group stages, because both CL finalists will qualify for CL group stages through La Liga. Whoever loses EL doesn't get ****.

Aye, Sevilla looked **** hot tonight. Think if both play like tonight, its just about Sevilla's but will go down as one of the best finals in history. Shame only 9,000 from each side will go.

Tezzz, the double spanish final has done you a favour and put you lot up for group stage too.

All or nothing, for the trophy and next season

Thanks for checking that out. Maybe the guys at BT Sport were telling Klopp that the winner goes straight into the group stages now and my dumb *** relatives have just got it wrong.

Whilst you're all (bizarrely) trying to work out the reward for the Europa League winners, or debating atmospheres and (apparently) yet another superior team for the third straight round; we'll be in Switzerland doing what this football club does like no other from these fair isles. Who wants some Toblerone?

Liverpool FC. European Royalty.

Because Tezzz wanted to know. No need to be so snotty.

Probably. Hope you find a way to be there.

Just looking at the video's from outside. WOW! That's getting crazier and crazier.

Must really be something for the opposition to experience and unease them which then follows on inside as Villarreal, like so many more experienced and bigger/betetr sides before them, looked absolutely shell shocked from the first whistle last night. When we're up for it, there really is NO place like Anfield on a European night. And our players responded superbly in what was the most complete team performance we've had under Klopp thus far for me. We've had more spectacular games. But last night certainly the most complete in most every aspect from Mingolet on down. Wouldn't give one player less than an 8, with Firmino and Sturridge in particular running them ragged all night.

just looking at Sevilla's run. Not one win away in Europe all year from two different competitions which is interesting. Obviously not to be taken lightly being as this is their third straight UEFA Cup final. (SO many story's. Neither side ever having lost a UEFA Cup final. Sevilla going for a record 5th victory. L'pool looking for a record equalling 4th.Something has to give). But certainly nobody to be feared. Respected. But not feared.

Sevilla will be every bit as worried about us as we could possibly be about them. Aside from the great run to this point, they're facing Liverpool Football Club. In a European final. Around Europe that carries enough weight on its own.

On a personal note, I'm exceptionally fortunate, being born a red in this great City, that this will be my 6th European final not including Super Cups from my first in Rome in '84. (4 European Cups/ 2 UEFA's).

Liverpool Football Club in yet another European final.

Not too shabby for a club that apparently continues to live in the past.

They showed that telly? Brilliant. He was like a fricking orchestra conductor. LOL.

Thank you man. Appreciated.

All relative, but I've mates who don't have a ST, nor a FC/ Membership to get credited with anything. But they've been to every European away this year and the vast majority of the homes grabbing tickets off anyone and everyone. But as they're not credited with anything personally, they can't officially get anything for Basle.

That REALLY sucks. Used to be SO much easier going back when all you had to do was tip up with the stubs from previous games to get a final ticket.

I mean obviously Leeds have not been in Euro competition for a long time but I am guessing its all electronic now? Was the same for me back in the day, Away season ticket for like 20 pound or whatever it was to get option on tickets and a stub from the home leg or group match and that got you an away ticket, you never used to get **** raped on flights then either, airline companies had not gotten wise t it. Best thing was too being our proximity to Europe on the east coast games in France, Holland etc was a coach trip on the ferry for the full weekend now those where the days!

Yup. Everything's electronically record now to supposedly reward loyalty. But it's flawed and exploitable in so many ways it's not even funny. Made the prudent decision to book for Switzerland last week so got both flights for £ 94 combined. WELL happy with that. They've rocketed since the whistle. And had refundable rooms booked since the day Klopp took over which are now going at 3/ 4 times the rate so another major saving there.

Jibbing the ferry for nottin'. Now THOSE where the day's haha. Frigging terrorists and **** tightening up security. Makes life SO much harder haha.

Looks like Sevilla won't be able to sell all their 10,236 allocation so a good possibility they'll be more official tickets coming our way.

Not looking forward to Basle TBH. We took 50,000 to another frigging Continent Istanbul being as most of us landed the Asian side. F-knows what we'll take to Switzerland. Can see it being pretty ugly around the ground like Athens 2007.

I think I'll be travelling whether I get a ticket or not. Ticks Switzerland off the bucket list at the very least!

Scouse, how much did you pay to get to Swiss?
