Wolves tomorrow night is set up to be a cracking game of togger. But with absolutely no disrespect intended, Wolves are nottin’ to fear for this gang of record breaking Reds.

If I remember the City game correctly, City battered them. Hit the woodwork a couple of times. Missed countless other chances. Wolves scored via the lad punching the ball in. An exceptionally flattering draw for Wanderers.

As always, reapect them. Match them for effort and win the battles. And our far superior talent should come through.

Fully expecting to be sat top the league at Christmas so fully expecting another win Friday.

Should be a belting atmosphere. Absolutely zero spares floating around for this with only limited seats left the trains. Seems everyones had the same idea to finish work for tomorrow dinner and head down the road for one big Scouse Chrimbo bevvy in Wolverhampton!

Up the 18 not Out Reds!

I personally think you're downplaying Wolves a bit, they are a real good side on their day. I remember watching their game vs City earlier in the season and whilst City did have chances.... I thought Wolves deserved the draw because they actually done quite well themselves. They didn't just do the shut up shop and hope for the best approach either. One of the trickier away fixtures this season for sure, outside the top 6.

Post in here at your peril z. Vanjagl will be after yer! :P

Definatley is one of the trickier aways this year but you’d be disappointed to not get the W against a newly promoted side. Not least the ridiculous form L’pool are in.

Should be a good game, I think both teams will try and play the right way.

Defo. Been mightly impressed with how the Wolves manager goes about his business. And he seems a genuinly nice guy too.

Wolves are one of the few sides that are up there with our level of fitness so it should go for the full 90.

Missed Wolves. Proper away that.

Yeah, defo get rid that sullen, self centred Egyptian ****!

This game ..... this club ..... ROCKS!!!!!

Scouse pretty much summed the whole game up before it even started. Wolves matches us stride for stride, but our quality shone through in the end.

VVD was immense today. He just makes looking defending look so easy.

As professional an away as it gets. In absolutely horrid conditions. That was like an ice rink.

Nearly half a season unbeaten. And not looking like we will. This is going the FULL distance between the top 2. And its boss to be just enjoying it under no pressure. We win it. Superb. Be the greateat title we’ve ever won and the biggest party L’pool’s ever seen. We finish second to City? Sound. Won’t get many lads the match complaining given the ridiculous progress we’ve made again this season. Well on course for a 90 plus points sesson. City top that, then
you just tip your hat and say fair F’s to them. Winning the league isn’t imperative.

That said, these superb Reds are going the distance so we’ll see how City deal with something they’ve not had. Chasing from behind.

Top at Christmas and the tie the round Europe to look forward to.

Merry Christmas Reds. Relish these lads. It doesn’t get much better!

‘LIBPOOL, TOP THE LEAGUE. LIBPOOL, LIBPOOL TOP THE LEAGUE!’

By Country Mile..... Tad too much?

I know, I took the bait.

Mate, it’s no bait. Its undisputable fact.

****, Gary Neville has him down as rhe best CH in the World, Never mind PL. He’s been absolutely imperious from day one.

Defenders madly never get things like this, but if you were doing a player of the season over the firat half the year, it’s not even a contest.

Didn't you say Gomez has been better? :P

Virg has played more minutes.

Christ, don’t bring how good Joes been into it mate and just what a partnership they are together. People will flip! ;)

BTW, you still not ‘fearing’ this side bud? Smiles.

I'm not gonna lie, from the eye test, you lot were just scarier last season. Whether that was the frightening pressing/intensity, being a little more free-scoring, whatever - I'm not sure, but I was definitely more like "oh ****, don't want to bump into them, because they could click and put 4-5 past us". This season I would've been more confident at getting something at yours. Would've helped if we played our strongest XI, but anyway, the past is the past; adios Jose.

Congrats for the position you're in, I still feel City lifts it come May, but can't argue you're definitely an efficient machine these days and gonna be one of the big teams to beat/finish above for the next few years.

Agree with RH. Do feel just on last nights match. If you would of coughed up those chances at the back with the sloppy play. Result would of been different if you was playing better oppo. Fair play to where you are though, you defo deserve to be there!
