Alisson cant come back soon enough. This was absolute garbage from Adrian. Mignolet like. Abject kicking all game and put the team under pressure multiple times. Klopp needs to reassess this playing out from the back with this lot of keepers.

On the game ; tosh in the first half and immense in the second. The foolish last ten minutes were of our own making and really lucky to come out of that with all 3 points

It goes to show how highly rated Alisson is that that the drop off in quality is that evident. Still he made a mistake and we had Mignolet and Karius making thousands of mistakes before him. The guy won us a Super Cup i'll let him off with this gaff.

Alisson is boss.

The second half was really good from liverpool though, so hopefully the rhythm will start coming in...

What exactly are you expecting here mate? He made 2 Worldie saves and one F up with his feet. He’s a FA goalie filling in great who’s contributed massively to another European trophy and big PL win off the back of that. Alisson at Leicester early last year comes to mind in a similar F up with his feet but it didn't ultimately matter and we won that game too. S happens. It’s football.

We’ve just finished a game Thursday morning that went 120 minutes, in ridiculous heat and humidity, that finished at 1 AM local time Thursday, in one of the furthest destinations you can go. And turned around 2 days later with a win at Southampton their home opener. Which was ****** hot again first half. Cut them some slack ay mate after the mad week they’ve had?

ALL that mattered was getting the three points. Which they did for the 11th league game in a row to equal our PL record. (The club record is 12.). The winning mentality within this group now is ridiculous. Two absolutely Worldie goals. Oxo-Chambo with a big 90 under his belt. Belter away end. Southampton lads getting lashed out the side. Lads. Aside from fisticuffs between yerselfs being F ridiculous, this isn’t the ‘80’s. Yer can’t do S like that in camered up grounds now. Enjoy yer break from football. Dickheads. All in all a another ****** good Sat'day following Europe’s best.

Oh yeah, Klopp has now reached 300 points quicker than any manager in our storied 127 year history. 4 games quicker than Kenny. (146 and 150 games respectively.).

Absolute living legend!

Up the 11 in a row Reds!

Great to see Chambo with another 90 under his belt. I wish the fans would temper their expectations of him he is just coming back from an ACL he needs time to find his rhythm, and honestly I would expect this season not to be a write off for him but to just make sure he stays fit because after an ACL niggling injuries are usually what follows.

Always said that VAR is a good thing. :P
That's the problem with VAR it tries to make subjective calls objective and that is very hard to do in football. I agree with you that for match going fans it must be an utter nightmare.

Loved seeing Hendo come on and wave VVD to keep the armband on. Hes coming on to organise the team no time for formalities, thats what I love about him the main concern is always the team. No ego a true leader in every sense.

Did chuckle at Guardiola’s passive-aggressive obsession coming out again by referencing our winning peno Wednesday/ Thursday morning and VAR.

Honestly, mooching round the net and social media this AM (I know. Most imbeciles behind a screen with a platform are no reflection on actual reality) you'd think we were Everton or Newcastle or some *****.

And all this coming off the back of a superb win in context yesterday which keeps the near perfect start to the season (the lottery of the CS penalties aside), rolling along nicely. From a L'pool side as good as anything in our history that's on a stupid roll of only 1 loss and 32 wins from their last 40 league games with 11 straight. wins. (Interspersed with winning 2 major European trophies.). 2 short of a new club record with every chance of that falling the next 2 Saturday tea-times with Arsenal at fortress Anfield and a trip to Burnley coming up.

Utter madness how everyone's not proper content and happy with this gang of ridiculous Reds we're SO privileged to be watching.

I just don't get what more folk expect?

*Edit* 33 wins out of the last 41 league games with just the one defeat. I was getting ahead of myself and forgetting a game haha.

Great show of faith by the club to tie down Chambo after all his injury woes. Fingers crossed he stays fit and injury free.

The fume from certain imbecilic members of the media and opposition fans to yesterday is as utterly bizarre as it is hilarious.

You can't invent rules as you go along lads yanno? Push a fella over the area, it's a foul. PERIOD! Irrespective of what influence that has on the resulting goal or not. (That's been one of the wilder shouts of base hilarity. ).

How anyone can think a clear foul ..... 'isn't' a foul is mind-boggling.

This.

It's a clear foul that would be given anywhere on the pitch. I work within Tranmere's Centre of Development and if that was against one of our sides, I'd be fuming if it wasn't given. However, that doesn't suit the 'VAR favours Liverpool' agenda going on at the moment on social media
