Gio van Bronkhorst joining Arne’s staff to replace Johnny Heitinga.

Superb replacement for the greatest living Evertonian this.

Liked his style of togger a lot at Rangers. Binned him off far too early for my money. But Rangers are sadly as shambolicly run as Utd in recent times. He replaced Gerrard, who’d won the COVID league, but whose style of football was Rafa boring to watch. At least Rangers were a fun watch under Gio the marvellous run to the Europa final against Frankfurt they should have won.

Typically Dutch. Tactically astute and likes to entertain. And by all accounts a very nice, good bloke too.

Extremely happy to add another to our growing Oranje ranks.

This summer, we aren’t F around at all!

Mad how the English have been a few days behind the Germans right through this. Even Joyce and Ornstein have been lagging in what the Germans confirmed a good week or so back with the medical next week.

Watching the meltdown from City fans, who've spent the last 2 years making thread after thread on Wirtz, to now go a full 360 and vainly try suggest Cherki is remotely on his level is the funniest thing you could possibly read today.

Both super talented youngsters. And 2 potentially good signings. Huge pressure on Wirtz with the fee though.

I like Cherki but he's levels below Wirtz. Which is not a slight as there’s no current, classical number10’s in World football on his level.

And City fans know it which is why they are so ****** he turned them down and are now chatting utter S on him.

Just seen Brighton have extended Milner for another year. The 24th season of his pro-career! Which will take him into an exclusive club with Ryan Giggs, Kevin Phillips, Teddy Sheringham and Gordon Strachan, to be playing PL footie in their 40’s.

All time living LEG-END who we owe a heck of a lot to as to where we are today and the top notch culture within our changies.

Milner beating Barry’s PL appearance record (16 away), would honestly give me as much pleasure as anything Liverpool achieve this season.

Top, top bloke him.
