Could be in Summer. Seems to be in and out of favour and is warming the bench most of the time.No idea why Varane is seemingly so available. If he can be acquired then that needs to happen. He is class, and quick, and strong. He's basically all the best bits of Evans, Jones, Carrick and Smalling combined into one player without any of their weaknesses.
Cant see us buying a STR.One player in a position that nobody has really mentioned on here but i'd love Lacazette in the summer, hope to god he stays away from arsenal and liverpool.

I would keep Falcao,Rooney,Wilson and buy Lacazette if it was me. But will be happy to stick with what we have now. I think all would flourish with better CMs and Wingers and the right formation.It would be smart to if falcao doesn't stay, can't then rely on grandpa van persie, on and off the boil turned cm rooney and inexperienced wilson.

True LOL. I think there is something in the Laporte rumours. From what I have seen he is wiling to leave, we are prepared to pay his 27m clause. And it looks impossible to get Hummels till summer. I would get Laporte now. Hummels in the summer after more fitness and Dortmund will be more willing. Then get rid of Evans,Blackett,McNair.Money is tight when you're a pro footballer, an extra 50k would go far....

Laporte has been better than both for me plays more often and has gained a lot of experience through playing week in week out. And his stats are up there in Europe with the best this season. And easiest to get out the 3. I don't think McNair or Blackett will ever be as good as Smalling,Jones or Rojo. And if we want to get back to the top we need better quality throughout the squad imo. But would not hurt to send them on loan, but Blackett was poor on his last loan!Would Laporte be a better choice over varane and giminez? if all 3 were possible that is.
Also i wouldn't get rid of both mcnair and blackett, mcnair hasn't even had a loan yet i think next season a loan would do him good.

Will have the odd good performance but would not trust him against the best.Not sure with mcnair as jones and smalling aren't exactly to a high standard, probably wouldn't take much for paddy to jump above them in footballing ability.

Non of CBS are good with the ball bar Rojo. I think most will agree Jones and Smalling are and will be better than McNair and Blackett.I think it could be debated since neither jones or smalling are terrific footballers, watching smalling for 5mins with the ball at his feet would tell you this much.
