This is a bad injury record especially in the last 2 years .... Marco Reus - Injury history - Transfermarkt

Not really if you see the problems rather than number of problems listed. First Major issue was his injury before world cup and at the start of the season. Both are freak injuries, not like hamstring injuries. Those were impact injuries which can happen to any player.

When I said inevitable, I meant eventually. Not necessarily this or next summer.

That Atletico boy stuff is rubbish too. Real Madrid or Barcelona is the pinnacle for every Spanish player. Raul was an Atleti fan, Luke Shaw (a Chelsea fan) turned them down to sign for us, Carragher was an Everton fan, Solsksjaer was a Liverpool fan.

That's all well and good, but that really depends on the person and situation. For me, DDG seems like someone who takes that stuff more seriously and wouldn't sign for the rival of his beloved team. Plus, If he signs now, he'll sit on the bench for a year or two until Casillas maybe gets terrible.

This means we're not even sniffing around those players. Thanks again ******* ^_^

Otamendi has been good this season and was immense v Madrid and scored a good header against them. Thing with Otamendi i think he is no better Jones and Smalling at there best. And 35m euros is way to much but hey that's what you get when you buy from Spanish clubs most players have release clauses and that's what you have to pay. Plus it aint my money.

We don't need CB liek Otamendi. We already have one, his name is Jones. We need some monster in air with good reading of the game.

Entire Dortmun's injury record is alarming. Makes me thing there's something dodgy going on in those 3 seasons where they dominated.

2 injuries he suffered are impact injuries, like I said can happen to anyone.

Its like players are normal people who grow up like the rest of us and pick the best job offer that's available over pursuing childhood dreams.

The problem is that even if they are freak injuries, they still take a toll on the body making him more vulnerable to injuries in the future whenever he gets tackled during a match/training session

Depends. Eduardo was done as a player after leg break but Ramsey and Valencia did well after recovering from injuries. This is not anywhere close to leg break. If he recovers completely then I'm sure he will be back to his best.
