Real Madrid dont strike me as a team that needs money or sells its crown jewels. Has any Galactico the team is built round ever left again for money, once they have him. Paper talk, you've been buying him for 80mil ever year since he left.

Because Bale is the new Galactico? The Fans might not like him yet, but spending more on him than Ronaldo, I'd imagine the president doesn't want to sell him and look stupid.
 
Bale is Perez new crown jewel and despite what anyone says Bale will not leave and has said numerous times lately himself. Also Perez had to really push the banks for the Bale money, and that's what started them to be investigated for Ffp which is still ongoing. I can see Ronaldo leaving has not seemed happy there for about 18 months and can see him coming back to finish his career at Utd and he can still earn as much here as at Madrid. Plus Mendes would love the huge payout and media lime light for making it happen. Will see in time I guess. I have always thought there would be a Di Maria type signing this Summer with the new kit deal to unviel with Adidas.

Although I love Ronnie, I'd love for that to be Pogba, lol;; Ronnie will probably win us matches single-handedly, but Pogba is more towards thinking of the future;; More necessary to us atm, along with Depay, Clyne, Hummels and a striker (Lacazette? Vietto?).

But yeah, I'd love for Ronnie to finish his career here, think most United fans would too..
