Team whose wage to turnover ratio is around 40% is same as the team whose ratio is more than 100%.

What do you expect? Manchester United have been at the pinnacle of English football and thereabouts in world football for as long as I can remember. How are other teams supposed to compete if not without spending more money than you?

Tottenham seem to be doing alright. Arsenal aswell for a while couple years ago.

How many league titles have Arsenal and Tottenham won in recent years? None.

Tottenham have spent a decent sum of money too, and still nothing.

Open your eyes please. Money makes the world go round, even more so in football.

If you want to deflect onto different leagues, that's up to you.

If you'd like to stick to the topic at hand, then feel free to drop me a VM or post something more sensible next time.

How does that make any difference? Dortmund did without spending. So your theory failed, now you came up with only Premier league. Oh wait are you also one of "PL iz da best" category?

Well how did Arsenal win leagues without Spending much or paying over the odds on wages? Now what? Stick to modern day football?

success breeds money breeds success.

if you havent got the success then its the other way round to get start. Of course there are other factors. But money is pretty key in football

WayneRooney Wayne Rooney
The independent are talking absolute rubbish my future is with Manchester United and the club and I are totally commited to each other

the manager and I have no issues and anyone who says different don't know what they are talking about

DiscoMirror David McDonnell
#MUFC statement: "Any suggestion Manchester United and Wayne Rooney are to part company is complete nonsense."

I'm pleased that both the club and Wayne have come out and denied this strongly as usually the club tends to just ignore stuff like this. Glad we all know the truth now though.
