The Manchester United Thread

Ok, first things first, it's now safe to remove people from ignore list.
Second, business as usual, United beating mid-table teams. Good ****.

Hahahaha. This! This is the best post Ive seen in ages. Vanja you are golden!

All jokes aside, LVG really needs to do something with Blind's crosses. His every delivery was ****, it took the subbing of Mata before one decent cross came from a corner area. Set pieces are half of a reason why Fellaini is wasting space in the starting squad, you can't just be wasting them one after another.

OT what do you guys think about this goal?

Thank you and congratulations.

As ****** and frustrated as I am, no real complaints when you're as profligate and lack the composure in front of goal we did. Again.

In a season where all sides are so bad anything can happen atm, I'm saying nothing. Any one who finds a decent bit of consistency will win the league. Ferguson would have murdered this season already.

On the plus side we get to see sides like Leicester and Jamie Vardy tearing up the Prem. Great to have someone like Ranieri back in the Premier League. He's just so easy going right now and not letting the weight of expectation to get him whatsoever-sort of manager a player would love to have

Honestly, not that you're anything like a title winning group on paper, or playing like it on the park come to that; with this league, NOTHING would surprise me.

That prospect, however unlikely it seems, hasn't been lost on us this year.

That would be SO United.

But I keep trying to not even think about that prospect so that's the last I'll say on that.

It has. And I've always really liked Ranieri. The **** he had to work under that last season at Chelsea with Mourinho hanging over him was an absolute disgrace to all concerned. And to his credit he handled it brilliantly making a joke of it most every press conference when it was brought up.

But to anyone that experienced the 'joys' of Filbert Street and the Leicester fans the '80's you just really struggle to wish that club well at all. I'm pulling for Arsenal personally. But Wednesday at Anfield showed why they were both top of the league and why they more than likely will blow it again to me.

Well we snuck in an excellent victory in the end. Quite a smash and grab really. Didn't produce much the entire game but we took the chance from the corner. Who else saw Rojo and Jones celebrating in the stands?

I'm thinking they will run with it this time, tbh. Remember, they're top of the table without Sanchez, who should be ready to play in a week or two. In CL they're up against Barcelona, so they'll be able to focus entirely on league, while City is favourites to go further. Chelsea are out. United is ****. Everything is set up for a perfect run, if they don't grab it this year, then when?

You don't know what would happen with arsenal tho.

Good to see Brothwick-Jackson coming on and playing well. Just 18 year old and played well in most of the games he played.

One good thing about Van Gaal is his trust in young players. Yesterday 1 academy player started (Lingard and he was atrocious yesterday) and 1 player came on in the first half. 2 were on the bench.

Hey man, long time no see! How're things and stuff with you?

Pretty hectic Vanja. Too much to do at work and the wife has become more demanding (says Im not paying my family enough attention etc) ... so THE USUAL REALLY.

Btw since things became pear shaped for Utd about a month ago LFC were the only team we played who looked crapper than us (which was nice!)
