The Manchester United Thread

Where's the praise for Wigan btw? They've worked their arses off tonight. Yeah the ref screwed up-but Wigan pretty much deserve the 3 points tonight

I don't understand.. Didn't Wigan have a blatant goal disallowed? How can you feel hard done by...?!

I dont support United. So I don't feel hard done by at all...

Just commenting what Im seeing in the context of whats been said about United recently.

I didn't think you did, lol.. Anyway, my point still stands. I haven't seen the game, though.

Their goal came from a corner that shouldn't have been given. Should have one penalty for handball, and possibly another for shirt tugging.

And he's a Celtic fan, not a United fan.

Shoddy refereeing all week. Embarrassing for the league.

Well, once again the talking point in the morning won't be about Wigan deserving their win. But once again absolutely disgusting officiating.

******* pieces of ****, Valencia awfull, Nani ****, Giggs horrible, Chicharito never saw him JUST ****. I WOULD SHOWER THEM UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND WITH ICE COLD WATER. Well done Wigan! We deserved nothing, and we better improve and thrash ******* Aston Villa(sorry to Villa fans)

I've been watching it, and theres been a few dodgy decisions against United. Guess these things do even themselves out over a season.

Anyway well done maloney playing well again, if he wasn't so injury prone he'd be a great player.

Absolutely deserved that win. The refereeing shouldnt take away that they were the better side.

Starting GIggs as CM was horrible tactics, playing Valencia in the middle to give numerical advantage was major **** up and biggest of them all Giggs playing 90 mins and taking off Rooney instead of Giggs.

Err, biggest of them all was not playing Scholes in the away game or not even on bench.

Probably will sadly though, which is a real shame. Great win for Wigan, and I can guarantee it'll be about the ref. It's all they've talked about on the radio during the week. So I'll probably avoid it tomorrow morning.

But it begs the question-why wait until they're in a relegation battle to play that well? If they'd done that prior to tonight they'd be a lot better off. But, well done to them for tonight.

Fairy nuff, I'll have a look later.

I know he supports Celtic, just thought maybe he was one of those "fans" with two teams. Clearly not.

Shoddy refereeing is nothing new.. And it's not been happening just this week, month, even just this season. But then again, we have the ability to analyse everything over and over, no wonder we give the officials such a hard time these days.

You haven't seen the game still think blatant goal was disallowed? lol.

I'm just going on what they were saying on Sky Sports.

Ah well, very very poor game. We missed Scholes so much. Whats wrong with Nani ? Why can't he find his form again ? I know he came from injury, but still, shambolic performance. Giggs awful, Carrick missed so much 'easy' passes. And Rooney ? No desire at all. Only bright thing is Welbeck, great work rate and movement. Evans was again *****.

Is this the same club that got 2 poor decisions at Chelsea at the weekend and even had an apology by the cheif of refs which is something i have never seen before!!!!!

Again? He's been brilliant for months.

I wonder why people dont think like this when we get decisions rather than crying conspiracy.

I thought LFC fans wont buy anything that is said in Sky as it is pro United.

City are back in the race now, and thus shall bottle it. Again.

Only thing I can see this changing is Wigan staying up, were still 5 points clear 2 home games coming up nothing to worry about.
