Postponing of Bournemouth match might prove costly. Palace had more time to rest and it shows.

You gotta respect Ashley Young. He moves from striker to left back in span of 10 minutes and seems quite comfortable in both positions. Takes a clever player to pull that off.

Not a hope of winning this one with 10 men.

That's what I thought as a 10 year old Everton fan in May 85 after Kevin Moran got sent off. Then Norman Whiteside crushed me with that banana shot Southall had no chance with.

Since then I have never ever discounted 10 men in an opposing team

MCFC vs Tottenham in the FA Cup for me, we went in with 10 men, 3-0 down at HT at the Lane

Won 4-3

Remember that. Was listening to that on way back to parents and people were giving me nervous looks due to my copious amounts of swearing lol

Congratulations.

As the Ferguson era should have engrained in your minds, you are NEVER out of a football game.

Just about deserved that. Well done.

Deserved, Palace shown nothing beyond desperate defending most of the game.

LVG did good job running the game from bench for a change, his subs were crucial. Young and Darmian's versatility saved your butts after Smaling's red card, and Lingard scored the winner.

Nice £65 there for the 1-1. Then put £10 on Lingard first goal in extra time at 17/2. Thank you very much

Get in CHAMPIONEES :))

Absolutely ******* buzzing man, what a feeling.

****, it has been way too long, but ****** **** feels great. What a way for LVG to go out and I really hope he does. It is perfect timing for both him and the club for this to end well.

I'm not Lingard's biggest fan but wow, he hit that supremely well and that goal deserves to win any game.

Rooney was great as well, he deserves FA Cup to add to his collection and we've had a season full of dross for lage periods but this is a great way to end it. Lets hope we can kick on from here next season, first trophy since Fergie, almost signalling the start of a new era one can hope.

LVG said he hopes to be here next season. To the commentator on BT Sports. If not you will have to come see me in Portugal. Does not sound like he's been given any assurances.

Lingard will do just fine as impact player. You need players like him, Valencia and Young.

Unlike last game, I wasn't impressed by Rooneys offensive contribution, but defensively, he's done the job.

Get the **** in, big win and first real (sorry Arsenal fans) trophy in 3 years.

Let the boys celebrate it right, cuz next season, they'll need to do better overall.

I couldn't care less, if you can't accept a valid opinion then that's fine, ban me/block whatever you want from forum.

I'm done with FM Base anyway, bring up a debate and people take what you say out of context or moan their heads off.

Good knowing you all.

Calm down
