The Manchester United Thread

I have to disagree with you here. He bought a 100 million player to put him in a position where he's utterly unconfortable playing. Then, he choses a dull midfield with Fellaini and Rooney, and left players who can actually pass the ball forward, like Schneiderlin, Carrick, Herrera and Mata out. The team is over hitting simple passes because of Mourinho's choice to not have actual passers in the pitch.

It is not about his tactical choices, tho. I didn't expected him to get it right this early, as competent as Mourinho is. Just ****** me off seeing him always try to dodge the bullet. Furthermore, he looks delusional saying we didn't deserve the losses against Man City and Feyernoord, we we're *****. And mostly because he got it wrong at the derby.

It's too early to start burning players by saying they are not coping with the pressure.

The midfield dilemma. This was just like Aaron Ramsey for the past 2 seasons. Being a box to box midfielder, he's most effective getting into the opposing box in a 3 man central midfield. But then you'd have to drop Ozil or leave yourself super exposed on the counter so we played him out. The difference is that Ozil>Rooney. Therefore Rooney must be dropped.

What do you mean about Pogba he has played were he did at Juve in a 3 man CM the last 2 matches which is what we were all screaming out for. Like I said in my previous post the Fellaini and Rooney thing is completely on him! He hasn't tried dodging the bullet in interviews with other media especially on MUTV he has taken part of the blame which he is right to do. I for one am glad he's not happy with the players! Yeah we deserved to lose against City the better team but not in the manner we lost in the way the decisions went. We were **** against Feyernoord but still the better chances created draw would of been fair.

Wich match we started with 3 CM's other than Feyernoord? I honestly don't recall. And i think Pogba had a good match, considering that 5 players had their first start in the season.

I agree with Feyernoord. A 0-0 draw would've been more fitting.

Am I the only one that feels he would play better alongside Carrick? Or schweinsteger?

I've only watched two MU games so far, but that's exactly what I thought. The team has no rythm, no sync, people are misplacing simple passes...if only there were two excellent, experienced playmakers available that could dictate the play and beat rest of the squad into shape.

If he has to play Rooney then I hope he plays him on the right wing or something where he's not in the way as much

Yes, but the defense was exposed and no one was marking the player that ran all the way from midfield to score.
That all started because Rojo lost the bill upfield and never made any effort to get back, leaving there winger with a free run and a century to pick out the perfect cut back. I agree though Schniederlin should of tracked him better.

I still have zero respect for the English media, these headlines are in no way beneficial to Manchester United. It'll make Mourinho more stubborn to not drop him, whilst Rooney's confidence will deflate even more to an all-time low, it just makes things worse imo.
