Özil is pretty much staying based on the interview yesterday. Seems they're haggling with Alexis over money. Apparently he wants 250k per week while the club want to pay around 200k.

Read in the Times that United will sign 5-6 from January to Summer to make the squad elite. Could do with a right back, central defender and too central midfielder for the first team. You have a far better squad than City. Will be an elite squad next year.

Ack. I was hoping Utd might pull off a surprise and win that one. Everton and City winning their first games back after the Christmas break is a blow to L'pool's pursuit of the PL2 crown.

Was never gonna win tbh. We was lucky to only concede 3! Did well to pull it back to 1-1 but then the ref card for Poole killed us. And shocking mistakes for both there second and third goals. I get no enjoyment watching this side whatsoever!

Pogba was an overrated transfer IMO with that amount of money we could have bought 3 very good players. In general I really miss the Alex Ferguson era where unknown players were turned into great ones. I also miss the team spirit something absent in current ManU team.

Not been missing at all. If it wasn't for the spirit of the players, we would've dropped more silly points against 'Boro and Crystal Palace lately. The never say-die attitude has been reignited.

It's still happening, Bailly and Martial wernt house hold names and they look like they could great player. We had the money to spend on the Pogba deal so why not, better be spent on players than in the owner’s pocket, why would you have gone out and got instead?
