Exactly. No one really knows how it will go. But it’s definitely a step in the right step. And he’s done great things for the club in the 7 years he’s been here.

Call me cynical but it seems like restructuring only to take the heat of Woodward as the names mentioned have probably been doing the same job all these years but now are given a different title. At the end of the day Woodward is still involved in the football side and its naive to say he will just he signing checks. Only time will tell if it is actually a step in the right direction or a rebranding. As it stands Woodward is still involved at the club in the football side and that is never a good thing.

That was my thinking. Nothing has really changed behind the scenes with regards to how things operate. Its just a change of job title to create the illusion of the club doing what fans have been asking for

We are all hoping lol big time! Like I said I’m very interested to see how contract negotiations go now without Woodward. I want to see who the real culprit was.

Fair result. We were poor with the ball especially Matic and McTominey. They are always awful together! More injuries again is a concern.

Fair results, but considering Milan is also ridled with injures and their main concern is and will be League. They really showed up and gave a good match. Definetly second leg will be a blast and there they will go all out.

Yep very lucky. And I hope to never see him and Matic play together again.

Only two positives out of that is Amad scoring which will give him a massive confidence boost and us needing to go there and score a goal. We have been better away all season so we need to go and get one at least to cancel their away goal. But I can see them scoring so we need 2. Should make for a good open game which might play to our strenghts especially if we score first and AC have to come out and attack. But to be honest I think we are out now after that. If I had a choice now of going out but getting top 3 in the league i'd take that all day with Champions League football and go again next season
