The Manchester United Thread

And the Hojlund presentation. Nice start of the day.
There ain't much better feelings, transfer wise, when your club signs a new striker. Wish young Hojlund all the best.

Main takeaway from todays match. As long as we look after the ball we will be a dangerous side. First half we tried forcing things too much and gave the ball away easily and made the wrong choice in the final third. Second half the opposite and we scored three gls.

I mean, some of the same issues as last season. Can't expect drastic change in play in just month or two. Not sold on Onana honestly, but we'll have to see later in the season.
Mount was impressive, never stopped running, press resistant and absolute pest. Wonder what his stats are against Lens.

Yeah, I can't see Maguire playing in EtH system at all. Even the slightest pressure, he crumbles, it is so sad to see. Anyone who's advising him to stay at United and keep being in brightest of spotlights is so wrong.
Sancho is nice in a free role in a striker position. All over the place, in a good way, impacting the attack. However, no striker is hurting United, making their player easy to double, even triple team at moments. Honestly, looking forward to see how Sancho will be used, wonder if there will be some 4-4-2 variations with Hojlund and Sancho as strikers. Might be nice.

Dan Gore looks class. He’s always been good at all youth levels. But good to see him not looking out of place.
