He's definitely having a good look at the players he has available. I doubt Mainoo will play the full game, however it does look like Amad has secured the right wingback slot for now.

Yeah I think he’s got the right idea. Like he said will likely suffer at times. But he’s having a good look at everyone and giving them a chance.

I also like the one team will play the other team will train approach. Means he can get his ideas across while games are coming thick and fast

Eriksen won’t have a contract extension at the end of the season and will leave. And No2 GK Bayendir will leave unhappy with his game time. Ornstein podcast

Understand Manchester United made good progress with Amad Diallo’s new contract in recent weeks!United are working to get new long term deal done before the end of 2024… even before activating club clause to extend current deal until 2026.Amad, key for club and Amorim.

National League Cup
Live on MUTV

Hmm, why is this allowed to be shown live even when there’s Premier League games played at the same time? What am I missing?

Anyway a win here would be a huge step towards advancement to the quarter-finals. Especially a 3-point win.

We won 1-0 😀

| Luke Shaw's muscle injury is a new injury rather than a reoccurrence of a previous problem. He is expected to be out for a couple of weeks. [@TyMarshall_MEN]
He always seems to be getting muscle injuries maybe it's time to look at why he is getting them and change his fitness regime. It worked with Giggs who at the start of his career had hamstring and muscle issues but he changed things (yoga and different stretching exercises) and ended up playing into his 40's.

Problem is Giggs didn’t go through a career threatening absolute horrific triple leg break. Unfortunately Shaws body was always going to suffer from injuries throughout his career after this. The club just need to realise and let him go.

I agree with getting rid especially whilst they will still be able to get a decent price for him. I have a feeling that maybe the plan if they can get another LB in the January window.

Be lucky to get any price given he’s never available.

Shaw is hardly an ‘asset.’

To be fair Souse he is more of an asset than Phil Jones ever was at least he occassionally plays. Both players went fit were/are decent players it's just the hand of fate has dealt a S**** hand. I still don't know why he was allowed to go to the Euros when he wasn't even half fit.

Looks like we will still get a game of ball today.
Hope everyone is safe over in Manchester 🤞
It was wild over here all night. In my 50 odd years on this planet, I've never ever experienced wind like it.
My daughter's play restaurant/house out the back that takes 4 men to lift, got blown clean down the garden.
