The Manchester United Thread

I don't think we need Sanhez to be honest, but I would be a bit gutted to see him move to City. I'd personally like Nuri Sahin, but that looks equally unlikely with Real reportedly tracking him. We only need a 'keeper and central playmaker, Sneijder might be a good signing.

it would depend on the contract for sahin, becuase his buyout clause is 12million

Congrads on no19 from a Liverpool fan. You deserve it. Curious to find out how you are going to fork out £26.5M minumum on Alexis Sanchez and £35M for Sneijder on that matter aswell. There is 1 thing looking at a player and another thing buying him....

buying a player does not necessarily mean paying all up front, and we have the finances to purchase them as shown by recent figures relesed

According to Marca, Sahin might be presented tomorrow. And will sign a 5-year deal. Wouldn't be suprised. We have nothing to play for anymore...so we might aswell start the shopping already.

And dont worry...you will get used to see Sanchez in a city shirt for sure :d.

Was that post supposed to be sarcastic?

I refuse to be goaded by your pathetic trolling. I'm confident that we can beat Barca.

I've been really impressed with Carrick recently (FA Cup Semi aside), and I am one of his biggest critics. I think he has really stepped up his game, especially when Scholes isn't on the pitch. He really is doing his upmost to change my opinion of him.

Barcelona are going to destroy United.

Messi is going to run rings around Carrick then Rio.

Fabio/Rafael will see red as Villa will be too good for them.

Hernandez is not going to see much of Wembley as he will be in Pique's back pocket all game

you seen david villa lately? obviously not...

he has been very average and i think he is in one of the worst spells of his career to date.

Sanchez has said that he'd prefer a move to United if he was to move to England, so even if he does join City; their fans will have to live with that.

Who gives a flying fu** tbh....Baines is a liverpool fan. He wants to play in england and City is his option. I dont like United but i would play for them if i was given 100k a week. They are professionals.

Well I certainly wouldn't want a player that would prefer a move to City over us, and I'm sure the majority of my fellow Reds would agree.

I'm glad we are gonna lose the champions league.. Good that we got the result so that i wont be nervous on 28th..

Back to the caves *******..

19 19 19 19

Hope a cat mauls you in your sleep

Congratulations to Man utd who look like they are going to win their 19th league title. They deserve it in all fairness.

Also I am backing Utd to beat Barcelona in the champions league final as theyare English and also it would be great to see Van der sar finish his career by winning both the premier league and uefa champions league.

Good post though nothing's won yet. I've watched Man U for long enough to know not to take anything for granted!

Its been a strange year as I don't think that any particular team has really taken the season by the scruff of the neck and truly deserved the title. Though the league table doesn't lie after 38 games. As Fergie says the most consistent team inevitably wins the league

Can't say I am happy in the slightest that United have won the league. Congratulations though, a club I hate yet have the utmost respect for, well done.

Got to take consolation that it's taken Fergie his entire career and a "golden generation" to end up only one more title than us. #LFC #MUFC
