TBH i love the player like Nani. He can play on either wings. When we had Ronaldo, Giggs as wingers, they used to interchange position often and also with Tevez and Rooney. It was such a flexible formation. If we can get some left footed left winger who can play on either wings that would be brilliant for us..
 
We most certainly need an enforcer, without question. I've always defended Fletch, but if we're to challenge Barca in Europe and keep ahold of our Premiership; then we need a great tackler that can dominate a midfield...Darren is not that man.

However, the replacement for Paul Scholes is our #1 objective...with Sneijder seemingly committed to Inter; my targets would be Pastore, Nasri, Modric or Hamsik.

After the final whistle on Saturday, Xavi, Messi, Pedro, Iniesta and Busquets all wanted to swap shirts with Scholes, so they drew straws and Iniesta won and got to swap with him. There is a lot of talk about him retiring so they were feeling like it could be the last time they play against him.

Also, the same story says that Busquets had hung on to the match ball and gave it to Scholes. For players like the 5 mentioned, and the esteem people hold them in, to take time out of their celebrations says a lot. It shows the class and humility of the Barca players for starters. But it also says a lot about the esteem that Scholes is held in amongst his peers and those who have played against him.

CF: Chicharito/Welbeck

I've got faith in the youth, they've won the youth cup and I think they should be given the chance as backup in the Destroyer role, especially since we're weak there. I don't believe there are any reasonable targets out there for the DM role atm. I'd prefer to buy players with premiership experience so they can fit in quicker

A football player is after all the most honest men of them all. Unless he signs a new deal, any talk of him staying or leaving, i will take with a pinch of salt.

he recently signed a new deal to 2015

At the time it was the cheapest we could get him considering that City had just had a bid accepted and it was deadline day. Looking back now I would say we spent too much but he had started to repay the club with some of his form this season.

Oh he isn't. Based on age, but also performances they over-spent. But you've got to almost all of the time.
