To be fair to him, past 2 years he's won The Ligue Best Player. The two years before that he won The Ligue Young Player of the Year. Must count for something..

Exactly, I think the hype surrounding him has gone to his head. He is a very good player and will only improve from now on but he better realize that there are bigger stars than him at all three clubs

Obviously it does but he his arrogance outstrips his ability. With all his teasing and media whoring...
 
WOW just watchin nick powell in play off final, boy looks like this lad has got some tallent and just scored a great volley like henry scored when flicked it up and hit volley on the turn straight in top corner pass bartez. Read somewhere this week fergie was going to wembley to watch the game.

Yep, it was a cracker! Nick Powell is a brilliant prospect, and I think one of the top clubs will snap him up sometime soon; next summer, if not this summer. I think if United were to make a move for him, they would be favourites, and I heard somewhere that you were interested! He would be a great signing, he is such a great young player!

Just read on mufc official site united youngsters all performed well with tom thorpe and will keane both scoring:D in englands 5-0 win.
 
Our priorities should be Lars Bender, Shinji Kagawa and we possibly need a better left sided player (where Young/Nani play even though Nani is better on the right) I would look at maybe Ayew from Marseille.

Erm, we know he tweeted that last night, bit late, but nothing has been confirmed by Chelsea yet.

Read somewhere today that think was on mufc site news section kagawa,powell will be wrapped up in next couple of weeks just need to iron out couple of things, 15m kagawa, 3m powell . Says fergie wants to get buisness done early again:)

Probably in the rumour/gossip section but I do believe the Kagawa deal is close, not sure about Powell one. I would be very excited by both signings, Kagawa would be very effective for next season, Powell for the future.

Watched interview with crewe manager he said united speaking to the lad and should see some movement soon. And on another note i think pogba might actually stay now!

That would be dejavu if Pogba suddenly wants to stay because Nick Powell is almost a replacement type player for him, where do you get that from?

Doubt that will have any effect, not sure if I want him anymore, only want players commited to United. Nick Powell seems ideal instead of him so I say we mayswell help him out the door.

Yeah not done him self any favours with united fans if does end up staying, would save fergie bit of cash tho instead of bying another cm if he stays and we sign powell.

I don't think they are the same type of player at all. Powell appears to play in the style of Rooney or early Scholes, operating as a forward or between the forwards and midfield as a classic #10, Pogba looks to be a more rounded midfielder.
