If you remember where it all started, he said he would take Nani over Ronaldo any day. Difference is Ronaldo can do Nani's job better than Nani and do his own job too. That's why i said he is light years ahead of Nani, always has been and always will be.

He cant, this is the key, its why he was moulded into an Inside forward by SAF. SAF was actually moulding him into a centre forward before he left.
Lol, Ronaldo is a superb goal scoring machine, but he can't do Nani's job as good as Nani does, he is a superb winger, who can cross, cut in and shoot and link up others. Ronaldo can't cross to save his life and not to forget his workrate and defensive contribution is as good as 0.
Ronaldo > Nani, but saying he can do Nani's job better than Nani is just wrong.
Well, not that drunk, but he is our most creative player. Our best player is Vidic.

I agree, he isnt terrible defensively, but Nani certainly works harder. When it comes down to it, they different players. Ronaldo is the better overall player lets say, but Nani does his job as a winger better than Ronaldo could, and vice versa. I would genuinely fear Madrid if they had Nani on their flanks.

I think its fair to say Ronaldo is terrible defensively, but that's not a slight on great player as his job is to score goals, not to win the ball back. He hardly provides any protection to the full back but like I said if you are such an attacking threat, you can ignore defensive duties against majority of teams.
