Giggs should be no where near the team neither should Anderson or Young.
?
I have no idea what you just said. Could you simplify it?
wow some of you need to get a grip
Yeah rite, cos really we ve been playing with real passion and fire, imagination and an obvious tactical plan (supported by helpful/obvious substitutions) and the only reason we cant win even against patently worse squads/teams is that we are unlucky!
I actually happen to think that these "get a grip" type of calls are what will harm us most ultimately. Cos in the current climate where a lot of teams around us are improving/showing real guts it wont take long to become Liverpool!! (and yes I know where they currently are in the standings!).
Our squad does need improving but we ARE much better than what we ve been showing since MOYES came so it has to be him and his conservativism/fear of any risk taking.
Should of been Klopp, not Moyes.... just imagine what he could of done with this squad. Would of been **** a lot better to watch. even if the results were as bad currently.
Moyes is negative, subs are random (make no logical sense to anyone), he tries to hold out for a 1-0 win against Southampton. It's just ridiculous.... WHY DID WE GET A MANAGER JUST BECAUSE HES DONE PRETTY WELL WITH EVERTON (NO OFFENCE) AND HE IS SCOTTISH.
He is not giving game time to Kagawa or Chicharito or Zaha, but somehow Giggs makes it to field yesterday! Bravo!
He's pretty much got to Christmas I reckon to push us up near a top 4 place or else he'll be gone. No way on earth a team like United can not be in the top 4 at the end of the season.
Oh and then the changes he naively made to the coaching staff.... and the remarks he has made in the media only to look like a fool. (Transfer window, saying we can't win Champions League and then backtracking, etc).
Good to see it took a grand total of 8 games to become everything United fans have routinely mocked for years and some.
I thought he wanted to play for Kosovo but they arn't considered a nation by fifa yet so that's why he's holding out - or something along those lines. Surely if he wanted to play for Albania he would have done so by now?You know its got nothing to do with not wanting to play for England right? Its just about playing for Albania, he doesnt want to play for Belgium either, has refused all their youth call ups.
Oh, ok. Apperently my phone didn't recognized E.Well, you did say we were sniffing around KOK! (you left the "e" out) and he insinuated you were talking about the male member!

I wouldn't say there has been much of a reaction from the actual match going fans. No boo's at full time yesterday and team clapped off - imagine if that had been Arsenal for example.United fans aren't special, contrary to what a few of the more smug United fans have been saying. It's just that you've had no reason to sack your manager for a quarter of a decade, and now there is, everyone's seeing the regular reaction of a common football fan.

Not really, my post clearly mentions that I didn't think Moyes was right from the start. Adding on to that sentiment is just icing on the cake, considering he's doing so badly.
True, but it isn't just the overall fanbase changing, it is the smug individuals from before who are losing their rag with it.

Also the moaning about Giggs is ridiculous imo, still a brilliant player. Played well when he came on yesterday I thought.
And with the subs, the only one i'm not convinced by was Welbeck for Nani, should have been Kagawa for Januzaj. The other 2 were good decisions, Fellaini was having a mare and was unable to carry the ball forward from midfield so Giggs came on, and taking off an exhausted Rooney for a CB when you're 1-0 up with 5 minutes to go, don't see what's wrong with that at all.
I think Moyes is a fantastic manager, and has done very well during his tenure at Everton, however I think Manchester United as a club is much much bigger, the money is bigger the fan base bigger, the players names and reputations and the expectations are all so much bigger than Moyes, as a manager has ever experienced. Here in lies the problem.
Moyes didn't win much of the big games he managed at Everton, He hasn't won any trophy's at Everton and he didn't have much pressure on him at Everton but none the less he did a fantastic job there with the small budget he had at the club but because of that he couldn't go into every game with an attacking mentality and expect to win. He only had a few great players at Everton so he didn't have to pick and choose. He had to be defensive and play (no offence anyone) what could be considered by United fans as boring football(which is what is we are playing). He had to play the players he had, when winning bring on defensive players etc.. but now he is at United everything for him has changed.
He has huge amounts of Money available to him now and is practically spoiled for choice, yet he just could not compete with other clubs for the big names as he has no experience in doing so. We were **** lucky to get Fellaini for christ sake as it was only Moyes' relationship with him that made the deal. He has so many "massive" names in his squad that he doesn't know how to use them without alienating others. His tactics are bland and don't work. Some of his decisions vary from head scathing to infuriating. Has players like Kagawa and Chicarito but insists on playing Young and Welbeck, the first being in absolute **** form (although some would say **** form others would say he is just plain ****) and not playing Zaha who had a good pre-season.
Moyes is a fantastic manager, brilliant really, and I want him at the club but at the same time I am truly worried that the players he is leaving out, mainly Chica Zaha & Kagawa. They may end up wanting to leave for first team footy(which I can't blame them for) and if they do I am going to be truly ****** of as they are fantastic and don't want them leaving because of poor managing and would rather get rid of Moyes than see the backs of those 3 plus others.
I beleive the overhaul of the backroom staff was a poor decision. To me it seems he got staff who do not fit in at all in United's style and chose to bring in people he knew rather than those who were best for the job(best example is getting rid of Rene Meulensteen, one of the best coaches in the world).
The thing is that he has been at Everton for over a decade, and he has based his managerial style on Everton but Manchester United's structure is completely different to Everton's in almost every way and it is going to take Moyes a long time to become accustomed to United and how we work. He is not getting the results/tactical decisions/personnel decisions right now, in time though he surely will. The question is will he be able to hold on to the job long enough to become as good as he can or will the media and fan pressure force him out before he reaches his full potential at the club?
(Disclaimer;- This is just my personal opinion and some may agree with it, others won't , others may agree with some parts but not others. I just want it to be said this is just an opinion and It may be wrong and if you think so that is fine, but I don't mean any offence to Everton, Moyes or anyone's opinion that may differ to mine)
