The Manchester United Thread

Now now, let's not turn this into a United v Liverpool thread because the theatre of screams can't take a joke ;)

Ahh, so you can make a joke, but if we reply with one it means we can't take a joke. Ace logic.

The Gill comment made me laugh, but have you forgotten about this? ;)

No.. Which led to this famous pic.

Best possible draw we could have wished for.Now Jan is time to clear the deadwood and improve the squad with some decent midfielders for god sake. And moyes needs to learn the strengths of our team which he still has not.We have never been a defending team and he should not try to make it one.Evra,Rio,young, zaha(loan) should now leave.Nani should not have been offered a contract without him proving he deserves one.He is too inconsistent for a champion team.

Everyone forget Nani got double the assists of anyone else in the league the only two seasons he actually got a consistent run in the team?

And has looked a shadow of that player. You cant live on past glories. He has to perform when given the chance simple. When he starts to perform he will get that consistent run we want. The fact is he is the best winger we have so should take the responsibility now.

Hmm, Januzaj in attacking mid against Stoke? Could be good.

Also, I missed second half of game against A. Villa. I've seen interview with Moyes and he said Villas players were intentionally kicking Januzaj. Any truth in that?

Rooney dropping into midfield is helping team to play better football. Amazing player who can improve our team by playing as striker or as a midfielder. To even think some wanted him to be gone so that Kagawa could play in his natural position is so laughable. Most talented and easily the best player at club by county miles.

Rooney dropping deep is helping Cleverley more than anyone. He is looking very good in the midfield with a dynamic player always available for pass and him and Jones are also making some excellent runs into the box. Also it was pleasing to watch Valencia not hugging byline forever. Coming centrally and allowing space for Rafael is helping us a lot. Oh not to forget having Rafael back. Wouldn't trade him for any RB in the world. Not saying he is the best but his attitude and his importance to the team is key for me.

Since the 2 defeats there is a significant change in the way we played. All the players are making off the ball movements and exchanging positions. IMO Rooney dropping deep improved us a lot. Wish he is not ****** off for asking him to play deeper.

They were kicking the whole side. Times like this you wish Fletcher was fully fit to kick right back.

Or a Roy Keane. Can't help bringing his name after watching best of enemies. What a player and leader.

None of our players bar Rooney are up for fight if something happens for teammates. Tbh Januzaj showed more of that than many first team players.

Oh also Rafael <3

Teams do see to target Januzaj, but he doesn't help himself with his reputation for diving.

I'd be wary to judge such young player for diving tbh, learned my lesson with Ronaldo. He also used to be scrawny little **** with too much hair-gel and would fall over during soft breeze. Fast forward 10 years, he build his strength and defenders bounce off him as if he was made of concrete.

Its a contact sport and Januzaj is a kid who has to play vs. men. Cut him some slack.

Ronaldo going down didn't have all that much to do with his size, he just liked to dive and still does.

These rumours for Lallana..... good player.... but I'd honestly be disappointed if we ended up with him.

I think United could do with a new CB because Ferdinand and Vidic have made so many mistakes this season hope Moyes spends big!

Lallana just paper talk coz January is nearly here and we will be linked with anyone playing well at the time. We don't need a new CB we Have Evans,Smalling,Jones and Vidic for at least another season or 2 plus I think Micheal Keane should get promoted next season! We only need to spend big on CM and Wide players if the right players are available.
