ATM but the tweets I have seen today are from someone very very reliable think he has been 100% right for last few windows and even calls out itk people all the time. He saying we went for Garay because he cheaper than Mangala. But we shall see mate.

Ahh okay, I really doubt Benefica will sell anyone before the Porto game though so we will have to wait until after Sunday to see. Also Matic's agent said he wants a move to the EPL for whatever that's worth

Does say wont be moving till the summer about Garay.
 
I was thinking and thinking and I think I found the perfect solution for this United squad. Since we have cold strikers, let's try formation without strikers. 4-6-0 sounds good, right? Well, it would if we had wingers who can score. Well, then we should try rhomb in midfield, something like 4-1-2-1-2. Well, that would be good if we had midfielders who can score and create space for themself. So, let's ditch the idea of dominating in possession and focus on our strengths which are set pieces. Since we no longer have strikers, we don't need two attacking mid. Just one so we can't be accused of 'Negative football'. Sacrifice one midfielder for another stopper and we are golden. 5-1-2-1-1-0 for the win. Oh yea, and let's sign Delap as well. He;s ***** footballer but he has monstrous trow-ins. We can place him in that lone attacking midfield position since Delap is useless for anything else and we don't need any attacking minded players.

Still need a midfielder this window badly, I'd go and grab Cabaye or Matic... both superb players and would improve it greatly.
 
Ignoring the first half, the second was brilliant. Should have won 4-0, but nevertheless impressed. Kagawa's directness was a well-needed where Januzaj may have struggled to find openings. Fletcher looks solid. More of the same please.
 
Was a good deserved win in the end, what a difference upping the tempo and having a go will get you. Hopefully we can carry on with this desire and enthusisam to the end of the season (don't hold much hope though lol). Now Evra is feeling his knee it's now urgent we get a left back in, I mean come on relying on Buttner and Fabio as cover. Still need cm's as well just hope Moyes doesn't use this win as an excuse not to sign anyone.
 
Buttner made a mistake soon as he came in, and almost cost the goal. But overall, team performance was fantastic! Evra and Januzaj combined brilliantly, and ****, but we needed Kagawa to play like he did. Shame he couldn't get that goal though. Definitely more of the same please!! Midfield was pretty good, and it was finally recognisable, somewhat, to the United of yore.

However, the biggest wtf moment in the game, still was, Smalling's miss in front of goal T_T Sheesh!

Btw, how long is van Persie out for? Based on rumours, another six weeks for that thigh injury..

Guarin is as average as they come. He will add nothing to address our weakness. There is a reason why inter fans are frustrated with him.

Do you really need two midfielders, though? If you sign them both, you'll end up with Jones, Giggs, Carrick, Fellaini, Fletcher (to a certain extent), Cabaye and Matić all fighting for two spots (some of them are versatile, but still). Maybe just signing Cabaye, a left-back and a winger would be good enough?

He didn't say he wanted both simultaneously. One or the other, but both​ are great players that would be hugely beneficial to the midfield.
 
Suprising rumours coming out today about Banega, I think it would be a risk considering his past but the rewards could be phenominal considering the talent of the guy.

Also Coentrao surfacing again.
