The Manchester United Thread

Thought Clattenburg was his usual self today. Biggest disappointment for has been Di Maria since coming back from his hamstring injury. Falcao needs to learn how to use his left foot. Thought we were good at the back today apart from set pieces. TBH West Hams goal was lucky.

You would do well to hang onto a top 4 spot considering that Arsenal and Liverpool are snapping at your heels and Tottenham have been excellent recently
Not worried at all tbh. I will once we drop out until then im fine. Arsenal and Pool were **** this weekend also.

LVG bringing back the late goals. And the grit and determination that was clearly non existent last season.

Spurs 1 point behind and Arsenal 2 points behind. Liverpool 5 points behind but it looks like Rodgers has got them sorted. Forget about City and focus on consolidating a top 4 spot which is far from certain

Not fussed about City w can catch them not matter what anyone says. All the teams you mention may be playing better than us but were getting results.

I agree Di Maria has been disappointing but it doesn't help that LvG keeps playing him out of his "best" position. West Ham's goal wasn't lucky, Kouyate showed some excellent close ball control and it was a tidy finish.

And so are they because they are only 1 or 2 points behind you. Good on you for being so confident but the fact that you can't get a result against a depleted west ham side and are barely hanging onto a top 4 place atm ... Makes one wonder why you are focusing on City when even Top 4 is far from certain

Kouyate named MOTM too ... Very good performance from him today

Long ball to Fellaini is our best way of creating chances. While Mata and Herrera are sacrificed to fit in big name players who aren't performing. Blind is cultured and and Rojo suits the PL but as for the rest of the summer signings..

Was good the way he took it but if the ball did not deflect of Blind DDG would have caught it.

Not saying top 4 is certain but we are there now and should be aiming as high as possible. Was hardly a depleted West Ham team, stronger than what I thought they were gonna put out.

Going by that logic, might as well start thinking about catching Chelsea then ;)

Your point makes no sense, concentrate on top 4? Then you mention Liverpool who are 5 points behind.

Then you say we can't focus on City in 3rd but they are only 4 pts ahead?

Actually you are 5 points behind City. Even if you discount Liverpool though, Spurs only 1 point behind and Arsenal only 2 points so my point still stands

No matter how we try and cut it. We are infront they are behind :)

I am not trying to cut in any way possible. You are barely hanging onto a Top 4 place atm and that's a fact. City will only improve once Yaya comes back so in would be very very surprised if you overhaul their lead

We can only get better as will City. Still confident on top 4. I can see all teams struggling once the CL and EL starts as apart from you guys the rest of the other teams squad are really thin.
