The Manchester United Thread

Soft penalty but it was handball. I understand the argument for using your arms as leverage to jump but then his arms would be chest height or stratched out by his side. His arm was backwards because he wasnted to keep a hand on Fellaini to stop him jumping for the header. That in itself could be classed as a foul. But the ball hit his arm in an unnatural position so its a penalty.

Too easy for Newcastle. Smalling fault for the goal. Lost his man.

Anyone notices when we play better going forward (in the rare game that has happened this season) we actually look leaky as **** at the back.

Wait so does this mean Rooney is back and you finally have a world class striker at your disposal?

No. Far from it. But if Rooney could score 20 goals this season, it would be considered a ******* wonder. If any United player does that as a matter of a fact.

If Rooney gets to 20 league goals then we'll probably win it lol. Well i can hope anyway

Still don't understand why we'd get rid of Rafael considering how much Young has played as a fullback this season.

Oh my god LVG actually showed some emotion with that Lingard miss :$

Now, this is what I don't understand. Did LVG tell them at HT to drop deeper, sit on the lead and play counters?

2nd half is terrible. United can't hold the ball at all. Fellaini is doing nothing, Herrera as well. Get Carrick and, I don't know, Januzaj? on...
