We have very small squad so I don't think he will be sold.

Also judging any attacker under Van Gaal is just waste of time. Should be given more time to prove his worth.

Agreed, its unfair on the players I mean he had guys like Mata and Di Maria before he left and they were both proven attacking performers at big clubs before LVGs arrival.

Prove his worth...where? He's not going to start over Martial and Martial will be LW with Zlatan up top. So you'd have to play Memphis at RW. If he was **** for LVG at LW, he's hardly going to set the world on fire when played out of position. Mourinho or not.

Plus LVG was still willing to let Memphis play despite him being inept defensively. Mourinho will hang him ball the balls if he keeps being dispossessed like this season.

Dont see why he couldn't work at it. Hazard was pretty **** when he first came. Plus he got Oscar to put a lot more work in and that kinda worked. He should be given longer under mourinho to see what happens

We need more than 11 players to fill the squad. So Depay will get plenty of chances.

Also Jose has played many players who didnt track back much and there are many players who improved thier work rate to help defense.

Way too early to write off a player.

Mourinho thinks hugely of Hazard, Ronaldo comparison springs to mind, of all rumours that isn't really far-fetched. I mean sure he would cost a bomb and it would be outrageous but given Chelsea's position this season and him not being happy, I've seen stranger moves.

Chelsea would certainly rather sell him abroad than us though. It's not like he is out of favour like Mata was.

Undoubtedly they would but big money talks and I bet he would like to play under Mourinho again, an unhappy player in this day and age usually ends up getting their way if the buying club is very interested.

Honestly though, looking at all the big clubs right now and how stacked that they are with attacking talent, I couldn't see any elite club really wanting him at this time.

But I'd agree it would be a very odd signing if it were to ever come true, I mean it would only make a slight amount of sense if he didn't fancy Memphis. Even then it would be weird to see how he fitted Martial and Hazard into the same team together. Certainly be nice option to have, mind.

I'd take that any day! But I doubt that would ever happen, because well player exchanges are super rare in modern game and Chelsea probably wouldn't want to accept Memphis as much value in the package so it would be a lot of extra cash we would have to offer I think.

Did you stop to think that the reason why Chelsea finished so low this season was reportedly because of a strained relationship between Hazard and Mourinho?

I shan't predict anything because you lot will just give me grief over the Mata transfer which was possibly the most outrageous deal Chelsea have ever done in the Roman era

Well I'm almost certain there was a lot of factors that contributed to your bad season, but strained relationships between manager and players when things are going desperately wrong is kind of normal.

I mean I'm sure relationship between the two was not strained season before when Hazard had his best ever season and you won the title! That's modern game for you though, as weird as it sounds, success kind of drives that relationship with a manager and player. If you're playing well you love the manager and think he is doing everything right, if you are not playing well and team is doing badly you suddenly start to doubt all he managed to achieve with you just a season ago. Both individually and collectively speaking.

Regardless, I highly doubt either of them are dying to work together anytime soon. They never really had an amazing relationship and the past season only has made it worse. Even if they are, I highly doubt this transfer will happen. Hazard has committed to staying. He has already spoken with Conte. He is the highest paid player at the club. And you don't even offer CL football
