Yep, Iheanacho has looked good. Definitely gonna be a star in the future.

Going to be 0-0 now isn't it
Works for me. Doubt I'll see much of it like. I'll be in town watching Rangers (hopefully) put the gypo's in their rightful place the first Old Firm league game for 4 years Sat'day dinner. Shrugs.
Can anybody explain why Rooney was on the pitch for that last 15 minutes? He's supposed to be the number 10. Spends most of the game in midfield, then in injury time hes at left back. That's without his **** corners. We are missing out on so much forward play because he's in our own half instead of behind the striker. Somebody needs to look long and hard at what he's in the team for and what he's expected to do. Because if he's gonna stand in midfield we may as well start Herrera and put mata or mkhitaryan at number 10.
Last kick of the game and Rooney is taking a free kick near the half way line. WHY??? Is blind not capable of playing that same ball into the box? Same goes for his position in the England team. If he's number 10 then play at 10. If he's gonna drop into midfield and leave us without a 10 then **** him off for a proper midfielder or a proper number 10

So what was his excuse before martial came on? He naturally drifts backwards. So what is the point in setting up in a 4-2-3-1 with Rooney at 10 if he's gonna drop back and make a 4-3-2(wide)-1? It's a waste of a player. May as well set up as a 4-3-3. Look at how many times zlatan had the ball at the edge of the box and had to rush a shot because there was nobody behind him to pass to, or nobody in the 10 position running in behind to play the ball over to.He was moved to CM after Martial came on and as for the free kick at the halfway line you do realise that is where our first goal came from. For all the criticism he gets he was important to that goal, the one against Hull, the winner against Southampton and scored the winner against Bournemouth. It's almost like players who can help get goals are liked by managers
Also if players that create goals are liked by managers, where was Mata? Where was rashford? Mata has been part of the winning team to start the season, and rashford scored last game and then a hat-trick for England. Really you have hit the nail on the head.He was moved to CM after Martial came on and as for the free kick at the halfway line you do realise that is where our first goal came from. His free kick for the goal was a bit further up the pitch. But it was in the middle of the game so you expect that. But last kick of the game and the ball is being pumped into the box, why is our (nearly) record scorer taking a free kick on the half way line? They must have known it was last kick or there abouts. So let blind or Valencia take it and throw Rooney in the box.
It's been happening for 3 years now. The later a game gets, and the more we need a goal, Rooney drops further and further back trying to force something. He's practically broke every record for scoring goals. He should be in the box instead of ******* about. Are you seriously telling me a defender or a midfielder can't just pump a ball into the box? With crosses like that your not picking out a man, your playing it into a general area, so there's no reason why Rooney should be there at that time of a match doing something any other player on the pitch can do. Even de gea could have took that free kick and put it up into the box

Rooney has been influential in nearly every game. And look at the last game when he set up rashford for the winner. Where was Rooney on the pitch? What was he doing? He was up there driving into the box with the ball making something happen. Like a number 10/striker should. Not stood on the half way line taking a **** free kick that even the keeper could have took.
