The Manchester United Thread

Just pray to god if Mourinho decides for 3 man midfield it isn't Fellaini being involved which I feel it will. Carrick, Herrera and Pogba any day of the week.

Ok. I'm stepping back from getting involved in any more discussion on Monday to just enjoy the weekend. Sky will hype it up out of all proportion the next few days which will be mad enough by itself.

I'll leave all Utd talk to a 3-0 prediction.

Good luck and enjoy the game.

Liverpool are most definitely favorites but it's these kind of games where form goes out the window so let's see how it plays out

3-0 United? Generous. :P

You'd of loved a weekend break I had in Krakow a few years back. They drink it with an apple juice type and couldn't get their heads round me asking for it straight up neat.

Confused the **** out the Poles! The very last place I'd of thought it would haha.

Although nottin' beats a club we were at in Athens. Vodka and coke was literally a pint glass of vodka ..... with a dash of coke as an after thought. And by 'dash' I mean a drop. Great value for money but not good to have to get through. Those crazy Greeks lol.

Pfff, you should come here, to Bosnia. Here, we drink vodka (or traditional drink called rakia), and then we are reducing the 'bitterness' with a sip of a beer. Nothing beats the morning after that. You feel like a cured man :D

It's been on going on the twitter lines all summer long. Just Klopp mentioning him today has brought it National.

But yeah, him lashing out at anyone and everyone is nottin' new. Fella's a complete gobshite.

Presume United have previous? (Kind of half recall having a conversation with you over the summer on him when he kicked off about Conte and Klopp's pre-season and something coming up then from the past but I forget.).

He spent a whole year battering Moyes, and all the journos used his quotes to lump on, using an "expert" to fill their ***** inches, it's what killed him in the press.

Then he did the same to LVG, and Pelligrini, Pep while he was at Bayern, and now Klopp.

Suddenly the journos have realised he's a moron.

Tbf, so did I.

Yeha, but you're not a journalist who is meant to work with certain standards. And what you say, can't shred a mans career.

Ultimately he wasn't good enough, but people like Raymond made him a joke.

Not surprised. Or by the media.

Throw Wenger and Conte in as two more high profile names to my knowledge he likes to attack.

A1 *****. Who funnily enough is still unemployed since Wales binned him and he turned on them. Which for a fella' who apparently knows more about fitness and training/ using footballer's than any else in the World EVER is rather strange.

Figure yers all will like this entertaining read from the views of Ste Armstrong who's heavily involved with the 'United We Stand' fanzine. I like him. Been on quite a few different Wrap podcasts over the years. Straight forward, no bullshit Manchester lad who always tells it exactly like it is. Not to everyones taste with his colourful language and some of the story's he could tell from over the years would make peoples jaws drop. But having been going the match for as long. and getting up to similar things we don't need to go into here over the years, I can completely identify. And there's always a grudging respect for Liverpool from proper Manc lads like Ste that is never there when it comes to clubs that have stumbled upon wealth for a small amount of success like City and Chelsea who laughably now think they're one of the big boys. Which is grudgingly felt the opposite direction if I'm honest.

Underneath it all we're very much alike when you boil it all down. Proper lads who know the score.

That said, I hope he and his team get kicked to F Monday night!

Enjoy the read.
