The Manchester United Thread

Yeah, I figure December will make or break your season just like it did last year. Do really well and you may as well rejoin the title race. Do poorly and your season is over.

First next 3 games are crucial, it may look winnable, but all 3 teams are near you in the table for a reason, and it's a tight schedule with game every three days. Really need at least 7 points from that to gain some momentum.

They're near us due to our lack of ruthlessness in front of goal.

Finished 2-2. Great game. Would of won but our RB got destroyed by Sancho today, which led to there goals. Draw about right. Think we just edged overall game. Warren MOTM for me.

So Anthony Taylor is reffing City v Chelsea. Not one word has been said, but there was a **** storm when he did United v Liverpool. After watching this game though I think its safe to say he's a red. Some of his decisions have been shocking in this first half.

You're missing the discussion in the Chelsea thread from before the game. (And my nark at his performance of last week's Sunderland shocker from him the L'pool thread. Another game he had NO right being anywhere near.).

Absolute disgrace he continues to get either Manchester or either Merseyside club.

He was **** at making decisive decisions for either side in the Liverpool vs United game as well.

How was Rosler, jsut for kicks i'd love to see that kid get his name on a first team shirt and a goal... :)

Exactly. Whichever way you look at it he's under too much pressure and open to too much controversy to be given any of the 4 clubs matches.

Excellent result against probably the best side the land at this level. Sounded another real entertaining game.

Nice little two game gap opened up between the top 4 of City, Utd, Blackburn and L'pool over Everton for the playoff places. With Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham three of the Southern 4, and Arsenal a point outside, the Championship Playoffs for the overall U-18 crown this year should be real exciting. Top quality standard of youth sides fixing to make up the 8.

NO excuses for not putting Stekelenburg to the sword today.

Arguably the worst 'keeper the entire league who's been shocking for Everton after flattering to decieve his first month there. Fella' was Fulham's #2 for Pete's sake before the 'Merseyside Millionaires' (STOP laughing at the back!) rescued his dead career.

Everton might well raise their game for a big home contest they desperately need something from, but I'll shocked if it's not a handy Utd win.

Everton usually always turn up against United at Goodison, it's written in the stars or something.

Thought Utd had a good record at Goodison? Always seemed that way. Evertonians always used to delight in Utd wins anyways such is their L'pool hate.

Talk going round that Lingard is about to sign a new deal worth to be around 50-60k a week. Happy with that if true.
