Sanchez will play whereever you want and be happy, so why play him left and buy a new right winger. Just play him on the right where he is less predictable anyway

Sooner see Sanchez on the right like his Barca and Especially Udinese days. Absolute nightmare playing there. I honestly thought he was the perfect replacement for Ronnie. Martial on the left is potential WC player.

Periera best player on the pitch so far in that Matic role! So composed and good on the ball, no scared of putting his foot in.

Ooo that was close from Mata hits the post then Martial just goes wide. Playing well so far. Martial looking good up top. Mitchell is rapid.

Shaw and Mitchell have striked up a good partnership on the left in the first 25 mins. So much pace!

I can already see McKenna influence. Everything has been 1/2 touch. He use to bang that drum massively when I went to watch the u18s live last season!

Good first 45, everyone been good so far but standout for me are Shaw, Bailly in beastmode. Herrera, Mata, Valencia trio on the right and Grant with some good saves.

Martial started well but felt out of it after 20, maybe I expect too much from him?

Yeah Martial started to get more defenders round him as the half went on double/triple teaming on him. Love Periera, Shaw, Bailly so far.

You can can tell there a million miles ahead of us and there season starts next week.
