Meh, Shaw, idk what to think anymore. We seem to always get this narrative before a season about him.
He starts well, gets out of shape, never gets back in. He's got to look after his body so much better.

Right. This isn’t about L’pool. So don’t bring them and their fans into it. As you did. Needlessly.
It was a point on criticism and de Gea’s being nothing compared to what Karius would have gotten if he made the same mistake last night. Completely different level of media scrutiny.
I reckon that's the case for a lot of English players. He starts well, gets out of shape, never gets back in. He's got to look after his body so much better.
More like, he starts well, gets injured, ends up out of shape then can't get back in. A change in his lifestyle choices is clearly in order. He starts well, gets out of shape, never gets back in. He's got to look after his body so much better.
I gotta say Jose is doing ******* amazing job as a pundit for russian tv. Good to see the guy not on the edge for a change, just relax and talking footie.
Lol! Baring a few games he was average as the rest. from the review I’ve watched so far he’s only made about 12 starts in all comps. Doing well atm.Don't forget Januzaj, arguably the player of the season after DDG
Just watching the 13/14 Moyes season review. Can’t believe our line up for most that season was
DDG
Rafael-Carrick-Jones-Buttner
Fellaini-Fletcher
Mata-Kagawa-Young
Rooney
:O

CleverlyWasnt that bad.. lol
Evra / Vidic / Valencia / Smalling & Cleverly - all played 25-30 games.
Evra played 44 games.
Cleverlyjeez Tbh Evra was his last good season. Ferdinand, Vidic were absolutely terrible when played and fit.
Unfortunately couldnt get his head out of his ****. Never forget that u21s game he and Periera got yanked by Joyce for trying to score from corners and see who could be the better dribbler on the pitch that day. Was sat not far from the dugout and remember Joyce sending them both straight down the tunnel with about 25 mins to go. Luckily we scrapped a 1-0 win with a Wilson winner. Was the bright spark in a dull season. Thought he was destined for the stars.

Can see why Fergie didn’t want to hang around for another rebuild. Poor job by him and the club planning wise knowing he would leave eventually. Oh well all in this past. Just like looking through my review season DVDs lol having a look backMoyes was left an aged squad and a bunch of kids. Still performed terribly but dealt a ***** hand.
We are a **** of a lot better off now lol it’s not even debatable! Rafael was terrible that season and injuries only getting worse. Rooney end product was getting worse and would of taken Lukaku over him at the time. Herrera, Pogba, Matic over Fellaini and Fletcher all week. It’s really not even debatable how we have a much better squad now!Like Utd are that much stronger now.
Rafael, when he was healthy, is better than any RB you currently have. For all the hype over Bailey and the woeful Swede, he didn’t trust either enough to play them in your biggest game of the year last season. The Cup Final. Despite Bailey being back how many months was it? Evra was often the LB that side so no upgrade there.
Matic you’d bring in. Pogba if you could ever get a coach to play him properly and utilise his unique gifts. Young is a regular still. Sanchez is a highly expensive luxury that’s just added to the problems. Even if he played on the right for the age and mo way that was ridiculous IMHO. Adding to the dressing room issues regardless of how much it’s denied. Martial and Rashford you’d switch in but they are tested like dirt. (Cue ‘they’ve had chances and it’s there fault not the mangers’ crowd.).
And would you honestly take Lukaku, who still can’t do jack in a big game, over Rooney?
Don’t see much to laugh about with what Woodward’s ‘built’ to.
