I have been offered the Sierra Leone National Team job and I did not take it. I have been offered a number of international Under 19's jobs. And now Premier League clubs have approached me for job interviews. Sheffield United and Southampton to be precise.

I have got interviews from big-ish clubs and also a few job offers but I declined them so far as the clubs in question are not matching my wage demands.

I will only say this, it has been nearly a year in the save and I did not get a job that matches my wage demands. 11.25k pounds or more.

Same thing, I declined many job offers. I have to wait for the right one.

It is that time of the year again. We will talk about the managerial rich list. Top of the list is Antonio Conte at Inter Milan earning 300k pounds per week. 2nd on the list is Jurgen Klopp at Real Madrid earning 175k pounds per week. 3rd on the list is Brendan Rodgers who is earning 160k pounds per week. Under Conte last season, Inter Milan finished 3rd in Serie A, won the Super Cup final against Juventus, they got knocked out in the Italian Cup quarter final, they got knocked out of the Champions League semi final against Atletico Madrid. Under Klopp last season, Real Madrid finished 3rd in La Liga, got knocked out in the Spanish Cup semi final by Atletico Madrid, and they got knocked out by Olympique Lyon in the first knockout round of the Champions League. Under Rodgers, Liverpool won the Premier League, they won the Community Shield, got knocked out in the Carabao Cup semi final against Southampton, got knocked out in the FA Cup quarter final against Manchester United, and got knocked out in the Champions League semi final against Barcelona.

Many countries have approached me to become their manager, but I have rejected them. Mexico won the Gold Cup.

So I finally have a new job. I got a job after nearly 18 months of unemployment on the save. It is the United Arab Emirates national team job and I am earning 15.5k pounds per week. The pay rise was worth the wait.

My first two games as UAE manager were the World Cup Asian Playoffs against Iraq, we won over both the legs and we have qualified for the 2034 World Cup.

Injuries have struck the UAE squad. But the squad is being announced for the friendlies against Bahrain and South Africa.

Here are some of the results in the friendlies against Bahrain and South Africa. The 2034 World Cup groups have been drawn and we will face Jamaica and Spain in our group. I still can't believe I have taken UAE to the World Cup. I also took Cameroon I think to the World Cup but didn't actually play the tournament as we resigned from the job.

These are the results in the friendlies against Philippines and Uzbekistan. We won one game and drew the other. We are looking solid and now hopefully around the time the World Cup starts we are ready for the friendlies and eventually the 2034 World Cup.

The UAE national team squad for the 2034 World Cup has been decided. We hope that we can give our best. However, I have started applying for jobs again as it is the end of the season.
