Hutchings has always been a **** poor manager, when Jewell was at Derby, Hutchings was his *** boy threw out the whole season, leading to us only getting 11 points all year.

Can't manage, I think the only thing he can handle is being an assistant, and that's why he's trotted off to Ipswich.
I know, he's awful. Everybody saw what we needed to improve the squad, 1 or 2 centre midfielders.. But he went out and got Liam Dickinson, striker in on loan who was awful. Now Dean Smith has brought in 2 centre mids and we're looking much better.
It's a shame that he's got the sack for being **** poor here and then walked straight into the Ipswich assistant job, probably on more money. Proves that it's who you know not what you know!
His win % was less than Paul Mersons too, atleast his excuse was that he was out on the **** with the squad most nights!!

Liam Dickinson!

We (Derby) signed him for around 1 million, again another panic buy from Jewell, and he was terrible, he's such a journey man, never seems to settle in at any club he plays for, I don't know why he doesn't just retire.

Liam Dickinson's gone so **** now, he's ****** his career up, when we had him, he was top quality in League Two, and the best striker in the league, and then made a big jump to Derby, and since he left us he's been **** every where he's been.

His own fault, with us he was like a proper old fashioned striker, bald, short sleeves, looking proper retro, he held up the ball like he should, and then he went to Peterborough, I noticed his style of play seemed to change, he was wearing yellow boots, long sleeves, mohawk, he just looked like a different player, when he went to Derby he must have thought he was better than he was.

He should go to Vale and let Gannon sort him out.

He didn't really get the chance to play for us, I remember when we signed him he was meant to be someone who could powerhouse threw defences, and hold the ball up etc, but didn't once get a league start.

I watched Derby a lot in Pre-Season and Dickinson was quality against Burton Ablion, and Stoke Reserves I think it was. He scored a bicycle kick and a rocket header.

Rumours went round about him being a bit off a trouble causer in the dressing room, sharing a flat with another one off our players at the time, and having parties, and countless amount off women, a bit like Andy Carroll really.

He just can't settle into a club, which is a shame because at one stage he looked quality.

Poor Preston.

When a club can't even score against us when they're at home, they're in trouble.

Permission to cry?

I cannot be arsed with us losing, getting battered, people don't realise how painful it is to support County

There is no harder team to support than County..

yes, I do feel sorry for myself.

a very rare clean sheet for us today :) hopefully we can stay in and around that play off area come the end of the season

So you should do!, Bottom of the league played 30 games on a -37gd the team above you are on the same points but have played 8 less games!

and the rest..

(A manager who has no managerial experience, inexperienced players, don't own our ground, attendances of 3,000, can't see a win coming from anywhere)

Also, watch the Sale game vs Bath on Friday, they'll be County fans there making some noise! :D

I'm hoping Risdale comes in with an offer to take the club. If not Risdale, another investor with money- And a plan. Anybody could do a better job than the mugs running our club at the moment. If we can't get an investor, lets take Administration. Get relegated to League 2, and start again- Like it was when Sturrock took over in 2001. Hope Reidy stays though.

For any Bristol City fans who happen to be frequenting the forum today, do take a read of this - http://swissramble.blogspot.com/2011/02/tale-of-bristol-city.html

It's not only a tremendous summary of our season, but for other league football fans it talks of the great disparity between the hallowed ground of the Premiership and the leagues below it. It doesn't make the best of reading for us, casting us as a Man City of the Championship in a desperate surge for promotion, yet it's also strangely hopeful and shows that even having a rich chairman is no guarantee of success in this climate.

you must be getting desperate if you want Risdale to buy the club :S

Well, yeah, they are desperate..

I'm sure Plymouth fans don't really care who buy's their club as long as their club is alive.

I didn't realise the situation at plymouth had deteriorated so much

3 points are vital tonight. But knowing Rovers we'll probably concede 10!

Neither did I to be honest, if it's anywhere near as bad as our position last season financially then I do feel for them.

I do really feel for you Stockport fans. As I remember you were a decent league one team, around mid table. You then went into administration (why was that exactly) and then had to sell your good players and now you are staring at non-league football. I do feel for you
