Right guys I didnt want to start a whole new thread and seeing as west ham are in the championship I am putting it here.

Basically do you think I should get a West ham season ticket with my mate? He wants someone to get one with him and no one else seems to want one and he has asked me. They are my local team and the ticket I can get is pretty cheap (£160) and there is no way I will be getting a Chelsea one soon looking at their prices :P. So should I or shouldnt I?

Why not go Stevenage or Dagenham? Much better football and cheaper ;) And if you go Dagenham, you get a chance to see the mighty Plymouth Argyle!

I was thinking about Dag and red a few months back but didnt manage to convince anyone to get one with me and I dont fancy going on my own lol and Stevenage is about an hour away so quite alot of travelling if I get one there :).

Also, Kevin Heaney [Truro's Chairman] was spotted in a Local Hotel by an Argyle Fan, who quickly posted the news on PASOTI [Talk about being Gatecrashed]. Which has all led to a ****-load of rumours, and a statement released by the club. Apparently he's only in it for the property side of things, but FA Rules state Heaney cannot own 2 football clubs, so if the proposed deal goes through Ridsdale will be owner. I'll post more about it on my blog tomorrow...

Looks like Heaney's been trying to lead us down the garden path again... Interesting.

And now apparently the people running CineWorld are interested?

Well this situation changes by the hour. Knock down Home Park, build a nice cinema, who cares about this 'football club'. Would work well for them and at least provide something good to watch after the last dross 3 years ;)

Agree.

Whats the problem with Argyle?

Ok, we might not play great football, we are in League 2, and certainly cannot be anywhere near Brentford's high standard of footballing and stadia quality. [And maybe our manager isn't expierenced as Mr Uwe Rosler?!] But, I don't think there's any reason for your repeated hatrid on here and the IRC room too want Argyle to go bust. One day we'll be back, higher than Exeter/Brentford/Tranmere, just enjoy our dog days.

People were like that with Cardiff, great feeling when you beat the debt and become successful which im sure Argyle will do eventually

Just got to carry on supporting the club

Agree with this.

A Club doesn't spend 6 years in the Championship and then magically poof back down too League 2 in a flash. It's total financial mis-management from 7 *****, not anything to do with the football club [Players & Fans.] Hopefully Peter Reid will be here in the long-run, build a strong spine too the team and in 3/4/5 years, there's no reason why we can't be back in the Championship again.

Threads on PASOTI about people 'not supporting' Argyle because of the way the club's being run, but thats just an easy excuse. I'll still support this team too the death- And like every captain, we'll go down with our ship if it starts sinking.

Cheap option imo.

Have to give the man a fair chance though before slating him- Hopefully he's learned from his time under the previous manager and the appointment will be like McDermott at Reading and not Mariner at Argyle.

Best of luck too Dyche! :)

Tbf, Watford haven't appointed another manager from a different club for years and the board wouldn't change now considering the current financial difficulties at the club. Hopefully he'll be as successfully as Mackay :)

WOOP!

Argyle confirm an agreement with the Irish Preffered Bidders after a meeting tonight- A Fee for the club was agreed and the deal is expected to be confirmed as early as next week.

Finally! Delighted- Fantastic news, the quicker the better. New players, shirts, sponsors, season-tickets.... Here we come. Great to be just about certain of League Football next season.

Jamie Cureton is 99.5% certain to be wearing a Gas shirt next year! Matt Harrold and Cureton up front will deadly!

So happy for your club..

Unlucky Bolas.

AFC Wimlbedon Vs Rovers will be on Sky!

I'll be poolside sipping a beer watching Rovers in the glorious sun! Next best thing to standing alongside the RATS boys! :D

Where's the 99.5% certain from? I still reckon Reidy can pull him away from Rovers, and get him in Green next season. Though its more likely he'll stay at Exeter.

LOL

Thanks Scott, just glad this horrible horrible administration process is coming too an end. Won't be long before we are back in the Championship rightfully above Exeter/Brentford/Yeovil.
