Where's the 99.5% certain from? I still reckon Reidy can pull him away from Rovers, and get him in Green next season. Though its more likely he'll stay at Exeter.

Cureton still has a house in Bristol, he is Bristolian and is also a Gashead. Makes sense for him and family. I still believe he has unfinished business with us as well.

keiran agard signs for the glovers, any1 seen him play or anything looks like he's using us a stepping stone with the one year deal, also any rovers fans how was super gav when he was at you last season? with us he was unfit but seemed to do well for you?

Hmm would make sense, but he's a journeyman. Maybe he'd prefer too finish his career with a new challenge, who knows. After all, Plymouth isn't too far away from Exeter & Bristol.

Agard joined Peterborough on loan last season, played one match but the loan was terminated after a change of management at Peterborough. He started his youth career with Arsenal, and has been a reported target for Peter Reid. Dissapointed :(

Craig Conway signs for Cardiff on a free transfer from Dundee United

Rumoured on the BBC Cardiff and Dundee in serious discussions over the signing of David Goodwillie

Michael Smith joined Rovers, after rejecting SPL side Kilmarnock to join us.
Curo reported to sign by Monday!

Exciting times!

This is Devon | Arnason heading for Home Park exit

FFS Argyle :@ We are letting go a player we can make money on- Arnason. And a player who will beast in League 2, on cheap wages- Rory Patterson. Why not let go those on the high wages- Damien Johnson and Simon Walton. I think we are down to about 5/6 senior players for Pre-Season training.

What a mess :@ Looks like I'll be on the bench for Argyle next season, at this rate.

Where's the source on Cureton? Jesus christ, Bristol Rovers signing everybody and we can't afford a free-transfer.

Hope Buckle remembers the wage cap of 55% from turnover or something ;)

BBC Sport - Bristol Rovers boss Buckle eyes Jamie Cureton return

There it is. The main quote for me is- "He has 3 or 4 clubs chasing him." I'm hoping we are one of those clubs, but sadly it looks as though he is going to the Memorial Stadium next season. Another potential target out of our grasps.

Sigh. Did anybody see Kari Arnason's little heartfelt plea, in the Sun today? :S

I hope that man never ever comes near this football club again. What thrill do he get from selling his little story to a national newspaper [Probably to generate the fact he's become a free agent]. Yes Kari, thanks for the hard work and commitment, but if you wanted to leave that much hand in your 14 day notice, which you can do legally and not say you've been fired.

So dissapointed in him really, now he's reporting us to the PFA & FA. [Who now might have a chance to speak up on our financial mess] I suppose he's done a great job of putting off any of our potential targets <)

Both Sheffield derbies moved to Sundays at noon. Hate playing 'em on Sunday.

If my Sunday League match is still on it looks like we're playing without a keeper

also reports of cureton joining yeovil, would mean staying in the same league and could work well with agard as his pace could work well with curetons experience.

Ridsdale says we'll have about 7/8 players joining us by Monday- Which is good news, finally Reidy will have a squad to work with and his own players. The names being banded around on PASOTI include Kevin Phillips and Robbie Fowler oO) As much I'd like that to happen... It just won't.

Not going to burst your bubble, do not believe all what that man says, Cardiff learnt that the hard way, cost fans hundreds of pounds

I know, but we have 6 players, I have some trust in him this time ;)

According to someone "in the know" on PASOTI, tomorrow's Herald will run a story about Robbie Fowler becoming a Player/Coach. I'm not sure whether this man is lying or not, but he reckons its true. All I can say is, watch this space...

May happen, ties with Ridsdale and all that

Ridsdale is a fine gentlemen and businessman who knows how to run a club....
oh wait

Hasn't even started his job officially yet, and everyone's slating him.

Yes, he's had a poor track record- We can't deny that. However, what's he has done in the past 6 or so months has probably stopped us from going out of business. And I'm prepared to give this man a chance, and see where he takes us, because he can't do to a bad job compared to previous 7 twats who ran this club. So hold tight- Because if we get Kevin Phillips or Robbie Fowler I will be over the moon, and it will show Ridsdale is obviously doing something right- Please don't slate a man before he's started.

I wasn't slating him for you, in fact I hope he does well and recovers your club! But as you can imagine I have no respect for the man and believe he shouldn't be allowed near a football club again. But good luck to you :)

He may do good at Plymouth, I believe he will, but as a Cardiff fan I can never like the guy
